“Great Value”
Excellent values for what I paid reccomend to all.
“Mold filled rooms.....”
We had to move from the first room they gave us (206) because of the obvious mold smell that permeated the room. We could see where the ceiling above had been wet on numerous occasions. The second room they gave us (201) was a little better but in that room you could actually see black mold around the ceiling areas in the brick work and also on lower parts of the wall. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that " yes, alot of people have bad allergic reactions when they stay at that motel and that the roof needs to be replaced as it is about 40 years old and has been leaking for quite some time." The second room (201) was moldy enough that I had to leave it and stay at a different place. If I were you at Expedia, I would never use this Motel or recommend it to anyone due to the fact that even after they replace the roof someday, the mold will still be in the ceilings and walls unless they entirely gut the whole place from top to bottom. It would be the only way to get rid of all that mold! Two thumbs waaaaaaaay down!!!
“skeezy”
The employees were all very friendly and tried there best. Other than that - This hotel is shabby, run down and smells old, musty. The pool may give you a fungus, I would highly recommend a shower if you attempt swimming. The gym we were told is closed for the winter but for the life of us we could not find it anyhow! I won't be back and would have been really angry if I paid full price.
“Great service, great price.”
The front desk agent was extremely helpful. From an easy check in, to helping us book the complimentary airport shuttle (to and from) to letting me use her cell phone to order pizza, the service went above and beyond. It's not a luxury hotel, but is a well priced accommodation that gets the job done. I would absolutely return and recommend.
“our Canadian flag was upside down!”
When we got there the staff was very informative but not help full, we asked if our room was a joining room and she said no, when we entered our rooms it smelled very musty so my friends went down to ask for another room so they gave them one down the hall which was a joining room so we moved as well the smell was still there but not as bad and the windows were screwed shut so you could get any air in the room to clear the smell. They made it sound like the breakfast was great but we were very disappointed to see it was just cereal and yogourt so we went to Montana Club next door which was excellent. while we were outside we notice our Canadian flag was upside down and I went in to tell them and they just gave me a look and didn't do anything to fix it so my friends and I fixed it, how insulting. The maintenance was very pathetic and looked run down with wall paper cut around the toilet and not glued lino cut with knives and not repaired the tub had wear spots and look like someone poured yellow glue on it. We really enjoyed Kalispell and will be back but will not come to Out Laws.
“Great Night”
Excellant bed. There was a mix up with our reservation and we were upgraded to a suite!
“Great Staff”
The hotel is under new ownership. the staff is trying very hard to make the OUTLAW a favourite place to be. We were impressed!
“Good value for your money”
Good value for your money, nothing more, nothing less
“Not bad”
Hotel is huge, but also really old. It is really starting to show its age. We got a good deal on the room and the people working there are very friendly. The rooms are clean and nice enough.
“Enjoyable Stay”
Excellent place to stay and Expedia handled our reservation well also--we were exhausted after a long motorcycle ride--no problems--and lots of pillows!!
