The hotel is a stones throw from Liverpool Street Station, which connects to many of the main lines. There are many pubs in the vicinity and clubs down the road within walking distance. Also, there is a restaurant that serves breakfast and food 24 hours, so no need for the overpriced set breakfast that is delivered to the room. The hallways seemed a little dated, but the rooms were fantastic. I couldn't quite figure out the heater, which didn't bother me enough to ask for assistance. Additionally, there was a toothpaste tube and small trash wedged between the sink and shower. I only saw it because I reached down to pick something up, so the cleaners may never notice. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is a 30 minute walk from the reception office so not good when you have children and luggage. On arriving at the apartment it is in need of some general maintenance as the first thing you see is a broken floor to ceiling mirror when you walk in the door along with loose skirting boards, chipped paintwork, blind fittings loose and a few other minor faults.
This apartment is fine for what we required apart from these niggles and we found that the nearest underground station was a 10 minute walk.

I was more than pleasantly surprised and tried to book again for the following week for my return visit into London, however it was fully booked. A well appointed room that is super clean and modern. I would highly recommend it.
I stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is close to Tower bridge, which we realised when exploring and walking around on our first night. The tube is within two minutes from the hotel and was very handy for us as we were in london to see the sights.
The room was briliant for us and on our final night after all our exploring we relaxed in the hotel and enjoyed the free tea and coffee available in the reception area.
I would definitely stay here again :)
I checked in about 4 and after an hour or so went to Cheapside to meet my boyfriend who was at work. On my way out I reported to reception that there were NO toilet rolls and the receptionist said she'd deal with it whilst out
On our return we were unable to access the room and as I was tired my boyfriend went to reception to advise that the room was locked. It turned out I was required at reception
i went and was advised that the room had been locked due to the receptionist smelling smoke and the smoke detector was covered by a sock. "Didn't I notice the smoke detector covered?" No I had not noticed as it is not the first thing I do is to look for a sock covered smoke detector!
We were advised that there might be a further charge due to smoking in the room
1. neither of us smoke
2 the smell materialised in the hour I was out meeting my boyfriend
3 I was in London as I had an 8 a.m. MRI at Guys for a chronic 15 year plus back problem
4 I have Parkinson's disease
5 because of my illnesses I could not have safely stood on a chair to cover the smoke detector with a sock(and not one of my socks at that)
6 perhaps the hotel should investigate whoever cleaned/checked the room and failed to notice (by glancing upwards) the sock covering the smoke detector and failing to supply toilet rolls
The situation did not help my sleep before my MRI at Guys
