“Nice place to stay”

“Clean but minimal comfort.”

My wife and I stayed for four days, (0ur son was being operatedon at a nearby hospital) and were quite disappointed. We had stayed at this facility before and the location is convenient. The room contained NO dresser. A small single drawer in each of two night tables was the only place to store non hanging items. Not even shelves in the bathroom. We lived out of our suitcases. There were four cardboard cups in the room when we checked in. After the first night, they were not replenished. There were two desk chairs in the room and no place to relax. As a final insult, I just received an email from Hilton Honors stating that, since I booked with Expedia I would not be getting Hilton Honors points.

“Charlie”

Inexpensive and comfortable. The room was very clean and the hotel appears to be well kept after. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel for the travel who is looking for a clean place to put your head down for the night.

“Good, safe choice for price and area”

Clean, comfortable, decent. Nothing spectacular, but it met my needs. Only major downside was no real room service.

“Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!”

We had a great stay at this hotel. The people were very helpful, our room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. Can't think of anything negative at all about the hotel or our stay. Thank you!!

“not impressed- but good for the money”

Let me start by saying I am exteremely picky.... that being said... The hotel advertises "brand new rooms"... Our room was clean, mostly, but not new. The bathroom was tiny- the fan was broken, the shower head was falling out of the wall. The grout around the tub was black. Sounds grosser than it was- it was till clean enough that I was able to bathe my two year old, it was simply old looking and small. That being said, the rest of the interior of the hotel was nice and the included/free breakfast was great- included eggs, meat, waffles and all the typical "cold" breakfast foods. It was fine for two nights- we ordered room service one night (which was from a restaurant in the neighborhood- there is no restaurant on site)-however in the hotel brochure they didnt mention that it was owned separately, so you couldnt put the bill on the room. That being said, the delivery man allowed us to call the restaurant back to put the food on a credit card since we didnt have cash. As for the other reviews that talked about the parking lot being downhill from the hotel, its true- but there is also upper lots very close to the door (where we parked) as well as a very well lit drop off area. The front desk associate was not helpful at all- we had asked for directions to a near by temple (that was in their book under local places of worship) for an even we were going to, and he didnt even attempt to get us directions. Overall, our stay was comfortable and fine for two nights.

“Bed and Side table layout was very bad. Height of side table is more than the height of the bed”

Due to bad lay out, you may hit you head to the side table during your sleep. This is the first hotel I have seen having such a bad lay out. This could be very dangerous Good Breakfast and otherwise service was very good.

“Great for college visits”

This hotel was just fine. We did not dine here, so I can't comment on food. We were visiting colleges on Long Island as well as SUNY Purchase, so overall it was a good location at a great price. We would stay here again.

“convenient location, clean facility”

Very nice - clean rooms, friendly staff. very close to the train station at Tarrytown and a little bit of a drive to the one at White Plains. Would go back.
