Seamless self check-in and check-out. Very nice to have baseboard heating. Clean room with all amenities expected: microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc. Close to attractions.

The person at the check in office was super nice! Love the cute little rooms. We booked to stay the evening after our outting at the ice castles (which was absolutely amazing!) and we didn’t realize that we were right next to Clark’s trading post, which we found super cool! We will definitely be back in the spring or summer when Clark’s is open!

We didn’t know what to expect and have stayed at pretty much every motel up and down Rt 3. This was by far the cleanest, most homey and welcoming, and closest to what’s important to us. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was clean and very comfortable. Located near Franconia notch and near other beautiful areas. If you ski you are near loon and cannon. Very reasonable rates during the ski season

This was my first time staying on a motel ever. I was a little concerned and my expectations were very low. I do have to say, that this will now be my option when I found myself skiing in the area. Was extremely clean and comfortable.

I was looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable stopover and the White Mountain Motel was ideal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked having a white noise machine by the bed, a nice touch.

Loved this place. We spent 3 nights here. Room was cozy and very clean. Check in was easy. Just get your envelope from the box and go to your room. I liked that it had a table with two chairs. We like to eat an early dinner and have the leftovers later in the evening. Nice to be able to sit at the table together. Staff that we saw around property were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Simple clean motel that has completely renovated rooms and bathrooms. Great location just a mile from the center of Lincoln and at the entrance to Franconia notch.

Located and priced perfectly to be near all the locations we were going. Cute, clean small motel rooms with a couple cottages. Not sure in the pouring rain of any amenities offered at better season and weather times. No visual employees or lobby opened. Just received an email to grab key at front door. Checkin was very easy. Grabbed key. It appears you could page someone if you had a question or issue. I loved the bear pillows and wilderness decor and shower curtain. Love the laminate flooring no rugs! The Walmart brand coffee cups for keurig was terrible. Clean room and would stay again. Take your own trash out. $50 fine if you screw something up with trash and recycle. With no one on property wasn’t dealing with that mess or accusations after leaving. Left all trash cans empty.

The motel is old but maintained pretty well and clean. The shower was a little slow draining so it backed up a little bit. But the problem with this property are the beds they are absolutely horrible! I didn't sleep and was hardly able to stand the next morning. My son got up at 5:00 am because he could no longer tolerate trying to lay there.

The property seemed to be recently renovated, but retained its country charm. Everything was functional and very clean. We were very comfortable during our stay. It is conveniently located on the main road that led right into north Woodstock but it is far enough off the road so that there was little road noise and was very quiet. We were very pleased with our first stay here

It is a do it yourself hotel with a picturesque back yard. There was a covered railroad bridge in the back. Place to sit around a fire also.

Not enough parking. No contact meant no service. And signage saying there would be a $50 covid fine if garbage not separated correctly.... wow just wow. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. No funky smells. Which was nice.

We are always here and happy to help with whatever we can and a call or email is usually the best way to reach us as we are usually busy getting your room ready. The recycling sign is there to help people remember to sort their rubbish and rarely do we have to charge this fee. We look forward to having you back next time.

Staff was friendly & handled our requests quickly. Cottage was cute but quite moldy smelling. When I got home my suitcase clothing still had the scent of mold & everything I packed had to be machine washed twice to remove mold odor. Mold is also unhealthy.

Access via steep stairs was uncomfortable. No isolation between rooms, our neighbor was snoring all night and we couldn’t sleep. In addition bed was uncomfortable. In general property is outdated. They don’t have a reception available to help and leave the keys in a box. I would not recommend!

Older but very well cared for property. Immaculate inside with nice fluffy towels, comfortable beds; refrigerator, microwave tv all in working order. Outside area well cared for. Convenient to many of the local activities. Would stay there again.

The smoke detector was located directly above the bed and I woke to a spotlight on my head in bed. I could not sleep that night. The property is very dated and rooms are small. On the positive the room was clean and ready for when we arrived.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the smoke detector. The batteries in the smoke detectors have since been replaced in all the rooms.
