“Fabulous location, sweet hotel.”
Located just off the main drag, this sweet bed and breakfast (well, actually no breakfast!) was a great find. We stayed in room 15, a separate cottage attached to just one other room at the back of the property with door directly to outside. The room was large, clean and equipped with a gas fireplace which also serves as the heat. It worked fine, but is a little hard to regulate for heat. The room had nice furnishings and a lovely, clean bathroom. My one comment was that a "nice" room could have been an "awesome" room with greater attention to bedding! The comforter was straight out of Walmart. Spending a bit on great sheets, a dust ruffle and high end duvey and cover would do wonders for this room! None-the-less, the room was fine! Staff very friendly and helpful. Two great breakfast places near by - The Upstairs Cafe just up the road and Peaches. First wins on decor, second on food!
“My favorite stop”
This was my favorite place during our 8 night road trip throughout New England. The room was huge, yet felt cozy with the fireplace and the charming decorations (antiques and other things, which were all available for sale, if interested). I would make a trip out to North Conway (all the way from California!) just to stay at this inn again. I loved it.
“Would highly recommend”
Hotel rooms are very spacious. The one we stayed in had a large seated tv area and fireplace. Bathroom was huge and included a spa bath and 2 hand basins. We received a free upgrade as the previous night's occupants of our intended room wanted to stay a 2nd night. North Conway is a lovely small town. No breakfast but fresh coffee is served and there is a lovely bakery next door.
“Pretty hotel in great location”
Very attractive building in good location. Just off the main street - so quiet but easy walking distance of main eaterees and local shops. Rooms are nicely decorated and everything spotless. On the downside it lacked coseyness and there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Nor was there breakfast included.

“Cosy and comfy, shame there wasn't breakfast.”
I had a very comfortable couple of nights at the Kearsage Inn in North Conway. The room was very cosy and I liked the furnishings. It was also very clean. The building was also lovely. I liked the area and as a female travelling alone I felt comfortable there. There are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. The only remotely negative thing I would say is that it is a shame the breakfast wasn't provided (just hot water for tea, coffee and orange juice), particularly given that most places of similar price do provide some kind of breakfast. Maybe take the phrase "bed and breakfast" away from description on the website. Other than that though, I was very happy with my stay.
“Warm welkom and good feeling!”
Old house, monument, but well mantainted. Very nice rooms with furniture from those days so you feel very much at home! Very friendly staff and a very good fresch breakfast with homemade cakes! Near to ths beach if you have nice weather. Great.diners nearby!
“A best kept secret in North Conway!”
We stayed in room 515, one of 2 rooms in a separate cottage. The entire property is well kept, appears up to date, and it in outstanding condition. You never know how run down a place really is until you visit, but this place was amazing. Huge, clean, room with beautiful bathroom, great gas fireplace. Inn is centrally located in downtown North Conway right next to Decades restaurant. Right around the corner from Zeb's, Penguin shop, etc. and all the shops and breakfast joints. Very private and quiet, you can even have a great view of Cranmore from the property. Friendly and acommodating staff, great communication. Prices are very reasonable, can't wait to go back. Great find!
“Great Location”
Loved our stay. We already booked for the same weekend next year.
“Nicer than expected”
We had a lovely stay at this Inn. The room & bathroom was clean, large, & well kept. The staff friendly & attentive. It was quiet and yet within walking distance to shops. We would be happy to go back. The only negative is that breakfast is not offered as part of the B&B experience.
