“Whistler Pinnacle”
Very pleased with the hotel - were upgraded to a superior suite with double jacuzzi - excellent hotel.
“Can't wait to go back!”
Excellent hotel and so close to everything. No need to drive anywhere, just leave the car in the hotel parkade and walk everywhere!
“Good value and good location”
The room wasn't very fancy but it was clean, comfortable (lots of towels, pillow, robes), and the in-suite tub was fun.
“Great location, Nice facility”
Booked this place last minute and was pleasantly suprised. We have never stayed before but have stayed close bye....this is a great central location close to everything. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room was quite nice.......bathrooms may need a little update but nothing bad could be said about anything. Clean and all of the ameneties that you would need.
“Amazing deal!”
This was our first time in Whistler and we were very impressed with this hotel! Our room was better than we imagined: full kitchen (with dishwasher!), double jacuzzi and large flat screen TV. The staff were very helpful in all matters. We got advice on great places to eat and visit. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, and the room very quiet. Expedia saved us a lot of money on this booking, and we would definitely use their services, and book this hotel in the future.
“Very friendly and exceptional service!”
I go up to Whistler quite frequently and have stayed in almost all the hotels. This was my first time at the Pinnacle and I was pleasently surprised by the service. They upgraded our room right off the bat and were very friendly and helpful with everything!
“Fantastic value, highly recommended”
The Whistler Pinnacle was a great choice for our 3 night stay in Whistler. Two minutes walk from the info centre/bus stop, plenty places to eat within walking distance, friendly and knowledgable staff and great views. The room was the first one described as having a kitchen that actually had a full kitchen, complete with crockery and utensils. There was a large TV, very comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom with jacuzzi tub and the nicest toiletries we've seen in a while. And it was spotlessly clean. Would definitely return here. Fantastic value.
“Comfortable and nice”
Had a great time. Front desk was very friendly and helpful!!
“pinnacle a disappointment”
Very small room, air conditioner barely worked, the duvet covers and chair smelled bad. The hot tub was closed "due to unforeseen maintenance". The pool advertised as a 20 foot splash pool was tiny with only a few chairs and very little sunlight coming onto the pool deck. Because we paid a full rate similar to other properties I would not recommend this property - there are many more much nicer accommodations in Whilster for the same price.
“Whistler Pinnacle”
Nothing fancy, but the price was right and the location is excellent. 1 block out of the village, so it's not loud when the bars close, but easy to walk to everything. The front desk staff was extremely helpful & friendly.
