“wonderful Whistler stay”
Great hotel, very comfortable and clean. Perfect location. Reasonable rates. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. What else do you need.
“4 Brazillians in Whistler”
The location is perfect! Everything in the Hotel is good and you can't go wrong with it. I don't give 5 because the parking fee is too abusive and we didn't get pillow options to pick from.
“Our Concern Was Addressed”
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton while celebrating our anniversary back in July. Everything was perfect until it came time to settle our bill when we noticed we had been charged for parking two vehicles (we came on two motorcycles) while using one parking space. It took us a while to send a note to the management of the hotel expressing our disappointment with their policy on parking motorcycles. But today we received a note and a refund for the amount we felt we had been overcharged and they let us know they changed their policy on parking motorcycles. We will definitely stay at the Hilton next time we return to Whistler. We very much appreciate them addressing our concern!
“A Very Comfortable Stay”
My partner and I stayed for 1 night in September at the Hilton in Whistler. Our check in went smoothly and we both snagged one of the free chocolate chip cookies at the check in counter. We self parked in the underground parkade, a bit pricey at $27 per night but compares to like facilities in Whistler. We had our bikes attached and locked to a bike rack on the vehicle and with the secured gate to the parkade didn't worry about them. Access to the secured parking lot requires a room card and access from the parking lot to the lobby also requires a room card. We had a junior suite on the ground floor. Our suite had an outside patio and a small kitchenette with coffee maker, dishwasher, small countertop range and microwave. There was a nice size Phillips TV with a remote control. There was free wifi in the room and it worked fine with a strong connection. Our king size bed was cozy with nice fresh sheets and lots of pillows. Although we could hear music from the bar in the hallway outside our room, once we got inside the room the music was blocked out. However, we could hear vacuuming from the room above. The bathroom is a good size with a full tub/shower combination and nice toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn. I found the body wash to be refreshing and rejuvenating. My partner and I wanted to sleep and so I inquired about a later check out - 12pm instead of 11am. There was no hesitation to accommodate my request and the front desk service was very polite in dealing with me.
“JaySan from Seattle”
Hilton @ whistler has excellent staff and is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With in-room kitchen it was awesome to stay with a family of 3 kids. We enjoyed the neighborhood much as Hilton was righ in midst of Whistler village. Great restaurants and awesome Skinny Cow IceCreams. Hilton stay expects one to pay for parking - which I think should be done away for patrons as the parking is dingy and tight ; swimming pool is small for the size of the use it would get during busy summer holidays ; Great place overall for a family with kids to stay
“Horrible service”
Really nice hotel in a good location, but they charge you 30$ to park your car (valet parking) right in front of the hotel, which you could easily do by yourself, but they don't let you do it. And when you want your car in the morning, they don't bother bring it to you, they just tell you to grab it yourself since its in front of the hotel.
“Really liked the hotel”
It was a really nice hotel with a great location
“Nice location in Whistler Village, expensive parking”
Underground parking costs about as much as breakfast for 2, on top of your room rates.
“Heybuddy”
Everything was good service, cleanliness, etc. Only flaw was the room had a door to the other room which was dead bolted but the light in the room was kept on all night. I dont think this room was occupied.
“Nice hotel, Convenient location”
Nice hotel, conveniently located, but the cost of hotel parking is ridiculous. A 30 second drive away I was able to park for a longer time for just half the price.
