“Hampton Inn stay”

The experience of staying at the Hampton was very good. The breakfast was great and the robust coffee a 10.

“Not the best value!”

A nice hotel but noisy because right off the main Interstate. A bit pricy for what you get as well.

“Poor Rooms for Handicapped Persons”

I requested a room for wheelchair handicapped persons at the Hampton Inn in Westford, MA. Without telling me they gave me a room for a person with hearing problems. The room was difficult to use. They did not apologize.

“Nice place to stay with kids”

Nice pace to stay with kids. The indoor pool was a bonus and the free breakfast helps keep traveling costs down!

Probably would stay again but ask for a room on the other side it is convient to get to Fort Devins znd the Hotel staff were very knowledgable of the area

“Just as I expected”

I've stayed at other Hampton Inn's in areas of NY and have found them thus far to be clean,comfortable, and the staff friendly and courteous and I was not disappointed here in Ma. The only down part was the fire alarms that went off early in the AM but I'm glad they work.:) My son and I were booked for 2days and decided to stay 1 extra day because it was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the AM breakfast is pretty good too, plus they have hot beverages throughout the day available. Some I've stayed at even have PM snacks from 6-8pm. I stayed at another hotel in the area on another ocassion but found the Hampton Inn more conveniently located to places to eat, drug stores, the highway etc... I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in the area, travelling to nearby towns was easy.

“Great stay!”

Almost everything about our stay was as expected - I had requested a room facing away from the highway, and that's what we got. The bathroom however, did not have a fan, which was quite unusual.. and the pool was very small and felt uncomfortable warm to swim in. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a good and varied spread (Make-your-own belgium waffles with strawberries were delicious!).

Good hotel, good service. Quiet, clean. Will definitely return.

“Would visit again”

We loved the hotel and the room was so fancy and modern. There are only two things that I personally would have changed. It was freezing in the lobby area, though it only seemed bother me (not my husband) and there was a long line for the fresh waffles at the free continental breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, breakfast was hot and tasty and FREE and the staff was extemely polite and helpful.
