Rooms are extremely small, had no place to put my luggage, no place to hang clothes on hangers (only two small hooks with a couple of hangers), no closet. Sound isolation is not good, heard kids playing and talking in the next room from early morning hours. Staff is very good, professional and friendly. Always a pleasure to speak with any of the staff members. Location is convenient to the restaurant, shopping and train station.

This is a really well priced and convenient hotel. The bed was super comfortable, good amenities and the entrance/lobby is beautiful. The only issue I had was that the cleaners were extremely loud in the mornings. But everything else was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again

this hotel smells like cigarette everywhere. this should be pulled out of expedia in their choice of hotels. extremely far from the city. cost 300 dollars to get to thisplace from airport by taxi. even with train its extremely far. stay away.

Very great hotel
I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

夜遅くにチェックインさせて頂きましたが、ロビーのチェックインに時間がかかってしまいました。何度もここに宿泊させて頂いておりますが、自動チェックインがスムーズに行かないことが多いです。結局スタッフの方にいつもお願いする事になってしまいます。今回は急いでの移動で 一泊分の化粧水や乳液のキットがあるかお聞きしたけど、無いそうで、がっかりしました。
