Our stay at Hotel Pontives was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A great variety to choose from and very generous portions. They were even kind enough to pack us lunch to go upon check out. Location is great and close to many sites and amenities. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the region.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming and even gave us bus tickets. The bus stop it also conveniently located right across the street and is a quick ride to downtown Ortesei. Be sure to eat there for dinner one night, very generous portions! Breakfast was delicious, and best cappuccino thus far in Italy!

We stayed two nights at the family-run Hotel Pontives on a road trip through the Dolomites and thought it was ideal for a mountain vacation. The room was a bit old fashioned but large, comfortable and very clean. We had a balcony and there was a skylight in the bathroom. After long days exploring the mountains (don't miss the cable car to the top of Seceda) we had dinner in the restaurant both nights and really enjoyed it. The menu had typical South Tyrolean dishes and the portions were quite large so order judiciously. The breakfast was very nice. Staff and service were warm and friendly so we felt well taken care of.

the cook is great, every night we have different dishes and they are delicious. The price is extremely reasonable. The hotel makes sure everyone has good nutrition food before setting out to hiking, and provide delicious local dishes for guest to enjoy it after a hard and tried day in the mountain. The staff are super helpful and friendly, Sylvia helped me out with direction and tips how to get around with public transportation. I highly recommend the location of Pontives hotel, quiet location and bus stop literally at the driveway in hotel property.

The staffs are very friendly and kind. When I was coming back late and requested a dinner be made and brought to my room, they did this for me. This is extra ordinary. I would rate such good service as a 5 star hotel .

Friendly, inviting and comfortable
I was here on business. The hotel itself is in a scenic valley, but don't expect views or the massive peaks from the hotel. It's a short, and very convenient bus ride into Ortesei from the hotel, and from Ortesei you can hike up to some amazing viewpoints, or, if you're pressed for time, there are 3 gondolas that will whisk you to the top, and you can hike further up from there, or back down to Ortesei. The staff and Hotel Pontives were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant served up good pasta dishes and the salad bar was a welcome treat. Breakfast was also very ample, with a wide variety of options to choose from. One of the attached photos is from the deck of my room; the other is from the top of the Mt. Seuc Gondola, out of Ortesei.

조식은 생각보다 좋았어요~
장점- 조식이 생각보다 좋았음. 매우 조용함. 단점- 무료와이파이가 너무 약해 이용이 어려움. 주변에 가게가 없음. 차로 여행하는 분들에게는 괜찮겠지만 대중교통으로는 불편한 위치임.

Nel cuore delle meraviglie della montagna
Un grazioso Hotel, gestito da persone gentili e sempre disponibili, coadiuvate da personale molto cortese. Ottimo il cibo. La posizione è strategica: vicino a molti impianti e vicino ad Ortisei, dove, di sera, si può godere una piacevole movida. Senz'altro consigliato alle famiglie per il calore con cui si viene accolti.

Siamo stati bene
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo in altissima stagione. Qualità del servizio e gentilezza del personale veramente top. Pulizia ineccepibile. Cucina discreta per la cena, colazione ottima. Certo gli arredi sono vintage, lo skiroom molto essenziale e ci è mancata una zona relax ma nel complesso il giudizio è positivo.

Ich war sehr positiv vom sehr üppigen Frühstücksbuffet überrascht - das bin ich aus Italien doch als meistens recht dürftig gewöhnt, selbst in deutlich teureren Hotels.

Dette er et hotell med mye sjarm og personlighet. Personellet er veldig imøtekommende og hygge. De har en veldig god frokost, som er inkludert i prisen. Hotellet har en bra beliggenhet med bare 10/20 min til ortisei og Seiser Alm.

Sejour confortable, tres grande chambre, style un peu vieillot pour l’intérieur mais tres bien recu par les gérants. Par contre la partie restaurant est un peu cher, on y mange correctement.

Family driven Hotel. Good food from this hardworking family. The hotel and rooms need to be refreshed, but the room was clean and the food was good. Location was not impressive by any means and you need to go further up the val gardena for that (views). (lesson learned) It was a sleepover stop on the way to Tuscany and for that it served its purpose. Must be a good budget alternative for skiers in the winter, they had a hotel skilift shuttlebus outside.

Hotel Pontives (Loc. Pontives - Ortisei)
A due minuti di macchina da Ortisei e con grande prato antistante è stato ideale per i bambini e ha portato un disagio assolutamente minimo per raggiungere centro città e impianti. Conduzione familiare semplice ma caratterizzata comunque da gentilezza e attenzione verso il cliente. Più che sufficiente il livello della cucina.
