Close to the beach and restaurants , but it was difficult to park close by.

The general manager, Fabio, very friendly, professional and accommodating. Upon our late arrival, he waited for us until we arrived, messaged me prior to arrival and gave us a tour of the hotel. It was a small hotel but felt like a family oriented environment as the staff truly care for you to have a great visit. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and again staff were very accommodating to ensure you had a great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone, families, couples, friends or solo, one of the best in Rimini.

Upon check in I was put in a room facing the street, even though the description on Expedia was ocean view. I went to the front desk and they were extremely professional and gave me a better view. If you are on 4th + ocean view probably isn’t bad. I was on the 3rd floor it wasn’t anything too special. The property was clean. The room was a decent size, it’s outdated and the bed is hard. But if you are just there to sleep and shower as I was it’s more than good enough. The location is geared more towards older people and families with you kids. The hotel is right on the beach. I thought Rimini Beach was closer, but it’s about a 25-30 minute walk. I took a cab from the train station each way was about $13 Euros. There is a place next to the hotel on the beach that serves food and drinks which was nice. Overall the property is very good. For me I would have rather been closer to Rimini Beach where it was more lively. But if you have kids or looking for a more laid back place I would recommend this property. They also do have parking. Great offering for the price. The property is dated but is close to the Mediterranean, walking distance to an awesome boardwalk and lots of shopping. The breakfast is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There were 6 of us and we had no parking handy and so we had to park in a public lot and pay about 15 Euro to park overnight. The rooms were smaller than the pictures indicated but things were clean—I would stay there again

I hardly ever write reviews but I really feel that all the staff of this hotel needs a shout out. They were the kindest and nicest and more than happy to help all the time. From the front desk to the (amazing) breakfast lady to the cleaning lady. Hotel has parking (and trust me you need it) and the balcony with a view was great too. Great location as well.
