Nice hotel the hotel is very cozy. Bianca spa was a quick but great choice lived up to its rating !!!!

Exceeded my expectations!!

Our home is under construction so we decided to stay at a local hotel during the beginning stages of the work. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Kristi and someone even pulled a chair for me to sit with my son. The indoor pool was perfect and never croweded. During dinner the staff was amazing. The bar was the best part- loved both of the bartenders that took care of me. Will was amazing! One of the managers really took care of us. Long story short- they take care of their guests and they provide legendary customer service.

Hotel, restaurant and staff were great. Expedia should include breakfast in the stay or else its actually cheaper to book a room through the hotel were its included.

Very nice property with a great service team

Pros: see above ... the staff's ability to help in a time of need.
Cons: Housekeeper didn't replace the empty shower gels. Didn't abide by my wishes to reuse the towels and sheets. Makes the green program worthless.
Throughout my visit, I was treated truly as a guest. I was especially grateful for the problem-solving and logistical support Mike Jones provided. He was stellar. My car wouldn't start, the wintry conditions were nasty, and I had to get to my destination. Which I did, after Mike took me to the Auto Zone to replace my battery. Being a stranger to the area, I would not have found them on my own. Mike was always offering his support, always checking in when he saw me in the lobby, and became a real friend. The other staff, including Peter and Dejon (sp?) and Ursula, did their wonderful part as well. Congratulations to the management on having such a great team. Overall, it was a very good stay and if I need to return to the area, I'll happily stay at the Viana.

Nice hotel within close proximity to coliseum

Good experience. The hotel staff is friendly. The room was very clean. However in the morning the hotel cleaning staff can be relatively loud. They woke me up periodically during the morning with their loud talking. Other than that I had a good experience! I would definitely come back again.

Pros: decor
Cons: Well I know a thing or two about being green: in Europe the key card access acts as a light switch as well-if you really want to save power than a key
Excellent location although, the queen beds are very short. I am a male of what I believe is average height of 6'1" and my feet were hanging off of the bed. Need to get a king the next time, but this was last minute so I cant blame anyone for my timing issues- everyone was nice and the spa looked really nice, wish I had a bathing suit with me

Pros: The shower was nice.
Cons: I think customer service to all customers need to be improved.
Location: The location was actually great for us because it was quiet and we just wanted to get a way for the night.
This was my second stay at this particular hotel and I must say the first stay was ok and the staff was subpar. I was not invited to take a seat during the check-in process and was sent to room 113. The room furniture was marked up and abused and I did wonder if we received the "Expedia" room or shall I say the room given to minorities. That was our first stay there in December 2014. So we said maybe it was just our imagination and we went for a second time because it is a "4 star" hotel. We again wasn't asked to sit down during the check-in process and was given the same room 113. Just so I didn't assume I asked the lady at the desk if the rooms were chosen randomly or manually and she said manually. So most likely we would not return to this hotel. It was not all the way terrible but for the money it wasn't quite for us.

Excellent service and stay

Check in was fast and friendly. We were given directions to the train. Sincere and genuine service. We travel frequently and the Viana was top notch. Bartender, staff were incredible
