Was a lovely stay for my birthday. It's right near the train station and trinity centre. Has a nice bar area and the staff are lovely. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Room 302.

Pros: Staff lovely and accommodating. Could not beat location. Able to use nearby virgin gym
Cons: Get rid of the nearby pub emptying bottles into a bin at regular intervals through the night
Beautiful room and bathroom. Products from l'occitane and plenty of complimentary tea coffee and biscuits! Hotel ideally situated to station, gym and city centre

Great location, lovely room, very friendly staff

Posted 23-Jul-2014
Spent two nights here, ran the Leeds 10k and stayed for work. All the staff were very friendly, gave a great restaurant recommendation, helped with bags and parking, emailed invoices and were just generally pleasant. It's a beautiful hotel and very centrally located.

Gorgeous hotel in the center of Leeds

Posted 11-Jul-2014
Beautifully appointed rooms and wonderfully helpful staff. Quebecs has the most comfortable bed, duvet, and pillows I've ever experienced anywhere; the coffee and tea-making facilities are top notch (real French-press cafetieres and very good quality coffee), with delicious biscuits and fresh apples in each room. The Occitaine Green Vetiver toiletries and extra plush towels were especially nice. The only suggestions I would make would be to provide a few more sugar and milk packets, and to include a diagram of how the shower's very complex trio of dials and stoppers work, since these are not standard types. But these are minor suggestions: this hotel's quality was a splendid and pleasant surprise. I will stay there again every time I visit Leeds. Highly recommended.

Next to RR Station

Very convenient to the Train Station. Need more staff - the manager, in high heels, had to pull our bags up the steps to the hotel lobby. There were no bellmen available. Same with our departure the next day. Hotel room was quite comfortable.

A Very Good Hotel

Posted 04-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is located very close to Leeds Mainline train station, however, travel by car is not really recommended due to location, lack of parking and parking rates. I traveled by train so this wasn't an issue for me but does have a bearing for any future stays. The decor is rather antique, reminds me of friend's family home in Greenwich and they're both serious academics so make of that as you will! It was clean and quiet. To say the bar is small is an understatement, though I believe there is a more generous space for dining downstairs. We did not utilise this, preferring to walk into the heart of Leeds, which is approximately 90 seconds away at moderate pace, for evening entertainment. The staff were very courteous, with the person on front desk on arrival being on call but taking the simple step to acknowledge our presence and asking to 'bear with'. An oft overlooked but notable thing. For the actual quality of the hotel, based on the room we were in, the rates are quite reasonable. I traveled their on a Saturday, leaving Sunday which leads me to the only possible drawback. Namely that due to it's location traffic during the weekday could be pretty bad, with it also spoiling any balcony room due to noise so a tentative 4 in the 'Surrounding Neighbourhood' category. Would definitely stay again and, if on business in Leeds, would have this as first choice. An enjoyable stay.

Fantastic room and will return. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Well worth a visit when in Leeds and much better than the larger chains.

Tremendous comfort in the heart of Leeds

Pros: Comfort
Ultra modern bathroom, super quiet rooms, spacious, clean with everything at your disposal for a comfortable stay. The softest pillows! So good I overslept and nearly missed the meeting I was staying there to attend! Charming staff
