Room 302.

Pros: Staff lovely and accommodating. Could not beat location. Able to use nearby virgin gym
Cons: Get rid of the nearby pub emptying bottles into a bin at regular intervals through the night
Beautiful room and bathroom. Products from l'occitane and plenty of complimentary tea coffee and biscuits! Hotel ideally situated to station, gym and city centre

Great location, lovely room, very friendly staff

Posted 23-Jul-2014
Spent two nights here, ran the Leeds 10k and stayed for work. All the staff were very friendly, gave a great restaurant recommendation, helped with bags and parking, emailed invoices and were just generally pleasant. It's a beautiful hotel and very centrally located.

Gorgeous hotel in the center of Leeds

Posted 11-Jul-2014
Beautifully appointed rooms and wonderfully helpful staff. Quebecs has the most comfortable bed, duvet, and pillows I've ever experienced anywhere; the coffee and tea-making facilities are top notch (real French-press cafetieres and very good quality coffee), with delicious biscuits and fresh apples in each room. The Occitaine Green Vetiver toiletries and extra plush towels were especially nice. The only suggestions I would make would be to provide a few more sugar and milk packets, and to include a diagram of how the shower's very complex trio of dials and stoppers work, since these are not standard types. But these are minor suggestions: this hotel's quality was a splendid and pleasant surprise. I will stay there again every time I visit Leeds. Highly recommended.

Fantastic room and will return. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Well worth a visit when in Leeds and much better than the larger chains.

Tremendous comfort in the heart of Leeds

Posted 30-May-2014
Pros: Comfort
Ultra modern bathroom, super quiet rooms, spacious, clean with everything at your disposal for a comfortable stay. The softest pillows! So good I overslept and nearly missed the meeting I was staying there to attend! Charming staff

Perfect

We booked concert tickets and was looking for somewhere to stay just for the night, within walking distance to First Direct Arena. I chose this place as it was closer to the venue than my other choice, and only £5 more expensive for this 4* hotel than a 3* hotel!! Yes, please! We arrived and the receptionist was very attentive and friendly, and the room was very spacious and spotless, every thing we needed, looked very fancy! The bathroom was lovely, the windows demisted themselves! Always love a good shower. And the bed was SO comfy, I didn't want to get out of it to check out! It was indeed very easy to find the arena, a short walk from the city centre and very close to the station. For parking we were running late so we went straight to the overflow/Q Park, again this is very close and easy walk from there to the hotel. Thank you Quebecs for a lovely experience - would recommend!

Amazing

Posted 25-May-2014
Pros: It was completely spotless.
We booked the deluxe club room which was lovely and very comfy but we noticed a slight drip coming through the celling late on the first night, we reported and the staff couldn't do enough. We got upgraded to the balcony suite which was to die for! The room was perfect including a coffee machine and blankets and candles for outside, which was the only place in the hotel you can smoke as well. Oh don't worry about a bad night's sleep either as the bed gives you a hug. The only thing is the hotel was having work done and is covered in scaffolding, hearing work men on a morning and seeing them stood outside your window is a little off putting but i couldn't blame the hotel for this as it is an amazing building and it needs preserving.

Excellent hotel just across from Leeds Station

We really enjoyed this hotel. The building is beautiful inside and outside. Quite a historic building too. The room was lovely. Such tall windows all down one wall, with beautiful curtains. Like staying in a stately home. The hotel bar was very intimate and cosy. The breakfast was good and the reception staff were very attentive.

Quality and comfort

Hotel front covered in scaffolding as outside was being refurbished. Excellent central location.. Room was very clean , bedding and towels really good quality but the room on the top floor was very small. Staff quietly did their job.Polite and courteous . Would stay there again.
