“Could not ask for a better location!”
Was very impressed with this hotel. Only stayed for one night and didn't spend a lot of time there but the time I did spend there was great! Rooms were very spacious with views over the city and comfy beds. There are also two bars at the hotel. I had pre-going out drinks at the bar on the second floor which was lively. (I think the downstairs bar is quieter) The location is perfect for a city break being right next to the train station and next to one of the shopping centers.

“Great hotel in a great city”
We have stayed here several times and are always pleased. The only let down is the state of some of the soft coverings in the dining space. Not a good choice to use light coloured fabrics in bars and restaurants - they need replacing! Otherwise room very good (worth getting the executive package) staff very helpful and overall quality very good.

A very welcoming member of staff on desk. Beautiful room with stunning views over City Square and surrounding area. Beautifully presented breakfast....helpful staff.

Very nice hotel, rooms were very nice with lovely bathroom, close to railway station, not much in room coffee/milk etc., but would go back.
“Nice modern hotel”
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and find it fits my needs well. Its always clean and tidy and the rooms are decorated well - as are the foyer, bar etc. I only have two issues which are 1. No free parking which means a large extra bill (45 this trip) 2. The chambermaids ignore the do not disturb sign and barge into the room - this has happened on all my visits so not just a one off this time. Overall I like this hotel and would use it again.
“Good Hotel Easy to use and get to”
Good hotel easily accessible, good service. The room was a little tatty around the dges but very comfortable. Resuarant Chino Latino is ok if you are into that sort of thing but not for me.
“useful very central hotel”
Hotel feels recently refurbished; my room was on the 15th floor. Everything worked well. Phone and TV were a bit ancient, but the bathroom was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. Don't be put off by the hotel's rather grim 1960's exterior.
