Staff went out there way to help.

Pros: The Location, price and staff.
Cons: Standards of rooms. And better spa facilities .
Location: Great location , lots of amazing bars and resturants near by and right next to the train station
Good two night stay at the Novotel in Leeds Saturday 12th July. We were on business in Harrogate but wanted to stay in Leeds to return to our favourite resturant The Alchemist and to do a spot of shopping as well. Really helpful young man on reception (sorry we didn't get his name) went out of his way to research train times etc for us and upgraded our room to help us avoid the very large stag trip that had just arrived. Overall a good hotel but I'm not sure what the standard rooms would be like as we were given an executive room which was fine but compared to other hotels we have stayed in they were nothing that special. But for the price we paid we can't complain .

Huge rooms

Pros: Everything
Cons: The windows are awful only open 2 inches and need to open fully - i would replace them all they let down the hotel also air conditioning was faulty
Location: perfectly situated 5 minutes walk from the station on the canal which is lovely - Close to new Trinity Centre and all the Theatres and new restaurant
Very stylish clean modern and tasteful rooms with space and uplifting surroundings - so homely and welcoming - breakfast was easy and delicious!

Good value city centre hotel

Posted 17-Jun-2014
Very surprising to get a well presented, clean, tidy, modern city centre hotel for such reasonable money. I stayed on a Friday night and whilst being busy, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. My only criticism would be that it was an unusually warm night and the air-con in the room was next to useless.

Nice hotel

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Pros: very comfortable and big enough sofa bed
Cons: N/A
Location: easy walking distance to all amenities
Me and my family stayed only one night, but were very pleased with our overnight stay. Great location, walking distance from train station as well as to the city centre. Finally great sofa bed for my son to sleep in. Clean room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. We would definitely book again in Novotel.

Free wifi - well done!

Posted 15-Jun-2014
I was able to book the hotel on line less than a week before my date of travel at a very reasonable price. As such the hotel was very good value for money. It is located in a quiet location close to the railway station and city centre. The facilities were good, including very comfortable beds, although the rooms looked a little bit tied. It had limited onsite parking and free wifi. This is definitely a hotel to consider if staying in Leeds.
