Good, clean tidy hotel, staff attentive, shame they have to charge residents for parking.
“Convenient modern hotel close to Gatwick”
This hotel is a typical international style hotel of about 3 stars in a very convenient location. When I stayed, the prices were very competitive. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the restaurant adequate but ordinary.
“Staying in Gatwick hotel while visiting London”
Apart from the previous, I would say; some receptionists would go an extra mile, some will not. A gentelman asked for shuttle tickets announced: "you can buy them on the bus" with an indication that the plastic is accepted there. It wasn't and I had to go back to the reception with a comment from the driver: "hurry up, I'm already late". The shuttle rides every 40 min or so. The windows are not operable and the air conditioner makes up for it. It is kind of loud though at night, therefore 4 points only. The hotel is nice and clean, the train station to Victoria 20min walk away. The breakfast is a plus. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to do anything.

Very good choice for business meeting close to Gatwick. Hotel has very good conference facilities. Taxi required from airport as hotel bus service infrequent - cost £15

Petit bémol en ce qui concerne l accueil les hôtesses ont Ete cherche un stagiaire français qui nous a servi d interprète Petit déjeuner extra, repas original plein de saveur un vrai régal et surtout des prix plus que raisonnable pour un 4 étoile whisky glenfilish 4€ plat a la carte principal 15€ dessert 5€ Une chambre Tres grande,lit confortable, salle de bain impeccable Seul regret l accueil

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Negativ: Liegt für Fußgänger etwas abgelegen. Dusche unzureichend (starr montiert). Toilettenspülung unzuverlässig.
