“Perfect for gatwick”
Ideal for Gatwick or even touring around Sussex
“Poor in all aspects.”
Not impressed, not friendly staff and awful location. The transfer service is so confussing. Even below London overall bad quality.
“Good Hotel”
The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we asked to change rooms from a single to a double. The restaurant also had some very good food and were very courteous. My only complaint is that the shower was hard to adjust and that the room seemed a bit under kept, although it was clean.
“Down at heel but good value”
The lift (elevator) was broken down, the bathroom ventilator could not be shut off, and the room safe was "locked" open with no way to close it. The shuttle from Gatwick runs only once an hour; a taxi at extra cost is the only alternative. Nevertheless, this hotel offers good value for the money and has a decent restaurant with decent prices.
“one night only”
This hotel is adequate for a one night stay. It's just a place to rest your head and park your car and that is does OK. Car parking a bit chaotic but that's the guests inability to park within 2 straight lines. The beds are not very comfortable and there are no spare pillows in the room. For one night, most people can sleep anywhere!
“'Worth a lot'”
Great place for a stay in Sussex or en route to the airport.

My only complaint concerns the cost of breakfast: £8.50 for English breakfast and £5.50 for continental breakfast is far too expensive for what you get (in the case of the latter, just cereal, toast and tea or coffee - not even bread, cheese, cut meats and salads).

Ik was op zoek naar een goedkoop hotel voor 1 overnachting dichtbij het airport Gatwick. Ik had via de site de indruk gekregen dat het praktisch aan het airport lag.. maar helaas. 1x in het uur gaat een shuttle (20 minuten onderweg). De kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het bed was redelijk hard maar alles was wel netjes schoongemaakt. Douche was prima... Dus mijn oordeel is dat de prijs kwaliteit verhouding redelijk is.
