“Disgusting”

I booked this for my family to stay in their travel to visit , I normally stay in Westin or Boutique hotels but none were available in the area. This one at the time had 4 of 5 stars in customer rating so while I did not expect luxury I expected it to be decent and clean. My sister called me crying begging me to find them somewhere else, the room had foul odor, stains on bedding, peeling paint and hairs all over the bathroom. I was very upset as I booked based on customer reviews and had to call a find other options while I was 500 miles away and at work.

I would have liked to have rated O onCondition of maintenance, confort of room, and overall satisfaction. one is way to much to rate these.

“Super 8”

This hotel is for truckers!! This hotel had mice and it was filthy!!! Would never stay in a place like this again, I don't care how cheap it is!!!!!!!

“Horrible!!!”

Definatly will not go back. The beds are broken down, the hotel is ran down, and worsted of all I got some kind of rash on my body from there.

“Scary”

This hotel is not in a great location.

“Freeway stay”

What can I say, it's a Super 8. Pretty dirty and the front clerk sounded straight from the ghetto. BUT it was right off the freeway and it was cheap, all I needed was a bed to sleep in and that's really all it was. Breakfast consisted of cereal and juice. The room was extremely hot when I got in but the AC worked fine once I turned it on.

“The WORST motel experience ever”

First of all, the motel is in Arkansas and not in the state of Tennessee. I looked for a motel in the downtown of Memphis and this hotel showed up. If I had known it is located so far away from the city, and in a different state, I would not have booked it!!! The motel looks nothing like the pictures online. It is located between a gas station and a truck stop across the street from a busy highway. Several of the windows in the front of it were blown out and covered with plywood. The lobby entrance and the "breakfast" area look like a the room of a fraternity housing. It has no elevator and the carpets in the corridor are filthy. I would not recommend this motel not even for my enemies!!!

“Horrible Hotel from Hell”

I would give this hotel a 1 out of five. It was terrible. The roof was covered with a blue tarp. Several windows were blown out and covered with plywood. The room they put us in had a piece of cardboard over the window. The housekeeper moved us to another room. The light was hanging down and the door didn't lock. It was terrible. My husband had called two days prior to our visit to make sure everything was ok at the hotel because they had so much flooding in Memphis. They assurred him everything was fine. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We traveled for two weeks and ended up coming back through Memphis. The hotel looked exactly the same, blue tarp and all.

“Good Enough”

This was a pretty average motel, not too clean not too dirty. It's at a big truck stop, which might be annoying for some, but didn't bother me. While West Memphis is a crappy little town, the nicest part about this place is that it was right off I-40 and you can cross the Mississippi and be in downtown real Memphis in 15 minutes or less.
