Convenient and quiet. Decent place to stop for the night. It's a bit dated and worn, but not a cut-rate motel by any stretch. However, the breakfast eggs were terrible.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was great. My child enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful.

Snowed in but not in Comfort!
The check in was the start of a horrible visit. We packed up and rushed to west memphis ahead of the pending winter storm, only to be send back out into the storm because we are local... live in Memphis!! Health professionals have to work even when it's storming. Then the hassle to get the receipts and cash desposit back for the 4 nights 5 day ... then the whole 3rd party booking we cant give you a receipt! Ruin the stay coming ang while leaving!!

There is alot of hotels in the area that don't rent to locals, but we did not want to lose the busy. I am so sorry about that. We can't give out receipt on 3rd party due to we have no amount. At the end of every month I send an invoice with everyone name to be paid. I hope you give us another chance if your in the area again.

I’ve stayed here previously. It’s a comfortable nice place. Check in was very good and a super nice lady. Easy Peasy! Only issue was it was super cold outside. But super hot in the room. Heater set on like 80 and it was 80 in the room. Good thing AC worked as I ran it most of the night to cool the room down. It was comfortable. Beds were great. Clean. All good. Just the room temp should be monitored a little better.

Booked late then read reviews.. was concerned. Arrived had a smooth check in they do charge an additional $50 deposit which is not mentioned until you arrive. Over all everything was good no worries.

Check in took over 30 minutes, which is actually crazy. Area nearby felt sketchy. The couch in the room, which one of us was supposed to sleep in, was SOOOO filthy and gross. There was rust and mold all over the bathroom. Kind of a bummer ...

It was okay
My room was okay. The pullout bed needed to be updated. The mattress on it was filled with rust that we couldn't use it. Thank goodness the kids decided to stay with family because there wouldn't have been enough room for the amount of people we paid for. The regular bed was comfortable. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The young lady at the front desk overnight was not friendly or helpful when I advised her that the TV didn't work. We stood at the desk for 10 minutes while she was at her car, (she could see us standing there) when she finally came in, she advised there were no other available rooms and basically dismissed me as she started working with another customer. The phone in the rooms didn't work either. The days staff was able to resolve the issue and were much friendlier. They advised there was an issue with the phones that they were trying to get fixed. The food was pretty good. Check out when smoothly. I don't know if this would be a hotel I would go to again.

Alright stay
Everything was great, staff was nice, breakfast was good, unfortunately there was no hot water at all when we went to take showers and the heater didn’t work very well either.

The property was extremely clean, and the staff was efficient and friendly. I was concerned about the working conditions for the individuals who worked there. The design of the building created a natural wind tunnel and there was nothing stopping the cold from whipping into the large greeting room and dining space. It would be a cold place to work. Perhaps, someone could solve this design issue.

We had a good stay at this hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Unfortunately when we arrived around 11pm, our hotel reservation got mixed up per another employee and it took us 35 minutes to get our room. With two little kids, that makes for a bad experience. Hopefully they’ll learn from this mistake and not make someone else have to deal with this type of error.

Cracked tub
I was tired so I took a shower the next morning. Ran the water it was brown so I let it run and then got in the tub. The tub had cracks they were chipping. I poked my foot in the tub. I gott out the shower and called the front desk. Forgot to get her name. She said their suppose to fix the tub. I told her I hope my foot doesn't catch infection because it bleed a little. I pull my foot back really fast after I felt it being poked. I have stayed there a few times before with no problems, but this was a problem. Pay all that money for a rusted flaking bath tub. If I would've paid attention when I first got there I would've requested another room. Like I said I have stayed there 4 times before and had no issues. I should've recieved some type of compensation.
