“Better than I expected”

This motel had adequate accommodations. I believe I got my moneys worth and would stay again.

Nice place. Pretty area. Friendly staff.

“Ho hum”

This Super 8 is a pretty basic hotel. Not remarkable in any way. The desk clerk upon check in was not too friendly but efficient. No coffee at the continental breakfast the first day was a real downer - I need my coffee fix! Desk clerk at check out was very friendly and efficient.

“Borderline at best”

It was reasonably clean but there was a ordor when the AC was on. The beds and pillows were actually quite comfortable. There was an overall air of being run down even though there had been effort in keeping it up. For the price and convenience it wasn't too bad. We needed two rooms on the bottom floor. They accommodated our needs well.

“Just a place to rest for Christmas. Will not return.”

We were visiting family from out of state and needed a place to stay for Christmas night. We chose this hotel because it was a last second booking and needed something fast. It was motel like and no soundproofing at all. The lady at check-in was dressed in what could have been her PJs and her white top was dirty from food stains. In the room, the carpet was disgusting and the bathtub looked uncleaned for some time. The room would go from extreme cold to extreme warm / stuffy (no in between). Although "breakfast" was free, it wasn't much of anything. There was juice and hot beverages offered with cereal and cut up "logs" of cold french toast. I tried the hot beverages and they were beyond "poor tasting" so stuck with juice. Even though this was a last second booking, I will not make the same mistake twice to stay here again.

“Never again”

I had to buy Lysol just to breath in the room, the odor was terrible. The smoke detector was hanging from the sealing. The matress should've been replaced years ago, it sagged in the middle and the bed itself squeaked when any movement was made. This was the most expensive, cheap hotel I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to sleep in.

“Good Place to Stay for a Good Price”

Super 8 Motel West Greenwich was good and affordable. Everything was as I had hoped. The only minor downsides were the slow internet access (fast enough for email, but not for video streaming) and its more remote location. Overall, I would definitely consider this place again the next time I go to Rhode Island.
