“Excellent Location”
I was extremely satisified with this hotel. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. The hotel was right down the street from the casino, which is where I was going to attend a concert, and a few minutes walk to the beach. The shopping area was also minutes away. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered an excellent variety of hot and cold dishes. The only problem initially was parking. I had asked to reserve a space in their parking garage and they had not done so. As a result, I had to drive around an extra hour trying to find a place to park. I was very upset, but to their credit they found me a space that very evening. I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada and wouldn't hesistate to stay there again. I would just caution any one planning to stay there to request a reserved space in the garage and then to confirm that the reservation has been made prior to arrival at the hotel.

“Second visit and still great”
This hotel is very convenient for eating places. It is also on the route of the Coastal Tram which will take up and down the coast to De Panne and Knokke. This is a hop off and on service. The cost, coming from the UK was silly money. An all day rover was onlt 10 euros for both of us. The breakfst was great.
“Good location in Ostend but besides that....”
The hotel in situated in the city centre. Note that outside of the tourist season, there is nothing much to do in Ostend. Most of the bars and restaurants are closed during this period. The hotel does not give a clean impression, eg: torn up towels. The rooms are small. The elevator is small and looks like it will break down any second. The breakfast is very good and the employee are all very kind. Conclusion: well situated hotel but do not expect luxury.

Hotel nécessite un sérieux coup de rénovation. la propreté n'est pas optimale.

Hotel agréable dans l'ensemble. Personnel aimable. Internet gratuit dans la chambre. possibilité de parking payant mais un peu cher. Chambre silencieuse mais un peu étroite. Petit déjeuner correct.

Das Hotelzimmer ist klein, verbraucht und nicht besonders sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht.
