I liked everything about my stay at the Parkhotel Roeselare. The staff were especially kind and helpful, good sense of humor, very conversant in English. The waffles were especially good.

The room was a little odd in its layout. The lighting was not too good and there was no where to hang any towels except a hook in the wardrobe area, which fell down during our 2 night stay. The staff were very pleasant, although we did not have any meals there. Overall a little tired looking and feel.

Excellent hotel with an exceptional staff
Incredible staff and location of the hotel. This hotel is situated in the center of the historic and retail shopping street. The neighborhood is bustling with activity during and relatively quiet at night. A nearby park in front of a church is easily accessible and the hotel provides a poop bag for those who have a dog. My room with a single bed had a large window that opens up into a spacious area, allowing for fresh air and sunshine. The bathroom has up-to-date hardware with a bath and glass shower. Overall, the public areas of the hotel are very clean, but the carpets on the third floor and in the elevator are worn and dirty. The dining area, however, is immaculate and the breakfast is exceptional (surcharge added). The front reception is staffed 24/7 and everyone was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. I liked my stay so much that I requested a two-day extension.

No restaurant or bar. However, a very nice bistro a 20 minutes walk and the receptionist provided good directions. Long queue at checkin and just one person working. Large room. Huge bed. But either bed bugs or mosquitoes as I was bitten about 10 times through the night. Don’t think I slept at all. Contemplated sleeping on the sofa to get off the bed. Nice choice for breakfast but very “cold”. No one says hello. I would not stay again.

We do have repellent devices at reception to keep them at bay. This is a common issue we experience due to the greenery in the surrounding area and unfortunately we are not able to entirely eradicate them. Big comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
Very large comfortable room with a bath in the ensuite. A locked parking space behind the Hotel was a great plus as we were right in the middle of town. Breakfast lovely & breakfast room very clean & modern. Only minus was the paint smell in the hallways as undergoing renos and some guests stood smoking under our window on 1st floor. Nice room and breakfast made up for it. I would stay again.

A nice and economical place in Roeselare.
Convenient location next to train station. Compact but comfortable room with great amenities and a very accommodating staff who allowed this jet lagged traveler an early checkin and checkout. Fine continental breakfast. Great food and beer very nearby

Short break in Parkhotel.
The hotel was excellent with a really good breakfast. In the centre of town through a courtyard so it was really quiet with free parking and free wifi in the hotel. The train station was across the square so was very convenient to take a train to all major cities. Overall Roeselare was quite a busy place with lots of restaurants and bars. We will definately be booking there again

Very good hotel only minus was the tiling grout in shower had mould in places. Room spacious and spotless. Huge bed no chance of falling out. Complimentary tea coffee and biscuits available and a fridge as well. Breakfast on the roof with views over Roeselare. Well worth the room rate. 10/10

mediocre at best
triple room requested and sent out of the main building into a back building that was dirty and undergoing repairs. The room was extremely dirty with thick dirt, popcorn, crackers and trash on the floor. Requested the room vacuumed and cleaned before we returned, one of the rooms were missing a TV. Beds had minimal comfort and awful pillows. Not one I would rush back to stay in!

The desk staff were very helpful. One day the internet did not work. Two days the elevator did not work. However we were on the first floor so that was not too bad. Not a nice experience
After advising the hotel we would be checking in late, we arrived to find that our room had been given to someone else and we were given the last room in the budget section of the hotel. This room was of poor quality & stunk of cigarette smoke. It was very noisy and was not that clean. We maybe could have coped with that if that was what we paid for, however we had paid a greater amount & expected more.

Bonjour, cela a été ma première fois dans cet hôtel tout était parfait sauf que jai eu très chaud pendant la nuit il n'ya pas de ventilateur ni de climatisation et ce jour il a fait extrêmement chaud. Ce n'étais pas du toyt confortable de transpirer pendant la nuit jai été obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air.
