:Pleasant greeting from desk staff and housekeepers. Quickly accommodated our request for accessible room. However, shower fixture in walk-in shower was broken making it very difficult to use the hand held shower wand and steady oneself using the grab bars. Sitting room furniture is old. Sofa is particularly in bad shape.

I didn't get to stay!

They didn't have the room that I reserved. Instead they moved me to a neighboring motel that was not near the quality with none of the amenities I wanted. Very unsatisfied. I was told your reservation is a request, not a guarantee!

So-so stay

Pros: Staff friendly.
The decor was tired and the room smelled like smoke. I'm surprised that the Wyndham doesn't require its hotels to spruce up. Not good for the flag to have hotels like this. I would put Wyndham in my "only in case of emergency" category, which describes why I chose it in the first place.

Away from everything, no public transportation.

Pros: Had a bed.
Cons: Lobby, pool, gym, carpeting, furniture, mildew odor, shower curtains (broken), water pressure, etc., etc., etc.
Location: Not much, low level all-in-one stores, fast food, and other low end restaurants.
Will not go back! If nothing good to say, then say nothing.

Toilet broken, dark, dated and musty. Kitchen area poorly equipped. Stains on furniture and wells, terrible water pressure. They say they will be renovating but if they don't keep it clean it doesn't matter if it's new.

Convenient and Suitable

Despite the apparent need for cosmetic updates, stained furniture, moldy walls, and ceiling stains, the hotel room overall was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults, 2 teens, and a 6 year-old. The pool was nicer than most hotel pools, and the attached fitness room had fairly recent and updated equipment. The breakfast was sufficientcwith good variety, and the lounge room area was also spacious and nice.

Ok for the price

It was as expected, an OK hotel in a rather industrial area of Columbus. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so there were wires hanging in the hallway. They are trying. However, I've never seen a used coffee packet left in the coffeepot before!

Nice but a bit dated

The room was nice with new smart TV's but the furniture itself was dated. And one of the table had a broken leg. We had our 4 year with us and he slept on the fold out bed but was very flat and old to the point he came to sleep in the bed with us. This hotel is in a great location and is a good for sleeping and recharging.
