My daughter checked in on Friday. Saturday morning laundry staff asked if the room needed to be cleaned but never returned to do so. She was told staff had gone home for the day and there was nothing they could do. Since when does staff not have access to towels, etc.
My family and I traveled and stayed in several different hotels from the midwest to northeast coast this month. This hotel was by far the best and most reasonable. The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, room was very spacious, pool was enjoyed by the kiddos and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was also in a great location close to the highway with many dining choices nearby.
We highly recommend this hotel!!! Moving forward we will always look for a Comfort Suites when we travel.
The amenities are minimal but the room was clean and well maintained. I don't care about the extras I just need a comfortable place to sleep. The beds were good and not the extremely hard usual hotel grade. In room microwave and fridge are also very appreciated to help keep food costs down.
Clean rooms, free and fast Wi-Fi at an incredibly low price. It was an excellent value for money. The only issue is the location was quite far from public so you have to call a cab to get to the city Centre.
"Nice hotel but a few things are left to be desired"
We checked in for a night at this hotel. It was not a bad deal and I would go again, but I didn't like a few things:
1) There was spilled coffee in the elevator when we checked in at 9:30pm. The following morning at 9am, the spilled coffee was still there.
2) Our door made a horrible noise whenever it was opened or closed. We were with 3 kids 6 and under and any noise wakes up these kids. We went downstairs to request WD-40 but the hotel staff said they didn't have any and said that the maintenance staff wouldn't be coming in until the morning--after we'd check out. So we had to endure a noisy door.
3) The water pressure (both for the sink for washing things and for the shower, naturally) leaves much to be desired. I'm at another hotel as I write this and the pressure is so much better. At this hotel, it was like being rained on.
4) The WiFi wasn't so great, and simple web pages (like Expedia--yes, really) would take awhile to load.
The pros: the beds were amazing. So comfortable. My 8 month old couldn't stop rolling around on them and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They also had a crib set up for her when we got there with a little toy for her to keep. The staff was courteous. The continental breakfast was nice, but typical of most continental breakfasts.

My overall experience was great. The hotel was very close to the Interstate and not far from downtown. The hotel is very close to restaurants and stores for shopping. The staff was very nice and friendly. Best value for your money!
