“Professionell geführtes Hotel mitten in Wernigerode”

Das Hotel ist jedem zu empfehlen, der ein paar Tage Wernigerode und/oder den Harz besuchen will. Es wird sehr freundlich und professionell geführt, hat in der (kostenpflichtigen) Tiefgarage immer einen Parkplatz verfügbar (in Wernigerode wichtig!) und man muss am umfangreichen Frühstücksbüffett niemals bemängeln, dass der Obstsalat, die Butter oder das Rührei schon wieder ausgegangen ist - wie dies heute bei kleineren Hotels Standard geworden zu sein scheint. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets bemüht, Ihnen zu helfen. Und - für manche auch wichtig - die Bettdecke ist lang genug. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Ich bevorzuge eine normale Dusche statt einer Dusche in der Badewanne.

“Nur Notunterkunft, wenn die schönen anderen Häuser in Wernigerode belegt sind”

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nahe dem wunderbaren Zentrum der Stadt Wernigerode. Das Frühstücksbufett war in Ordnung.Für ein Vier-Sterne-Haus ist die Ausstattung spartanisch. Der Teppichboden im Flur und vor allem im Zimmer ist sehr abgenutzt und wirkt schmutzig. Der Service ist unaufmerksam(Frühstück) bis unverschämt(Rezeption).

“Jederzeit wieder”

empfehlenswertes Hotel, mit prima Service, gute Parkmöglichkeit, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmergröße ok, Betten und Matratzen normale Größe

“Sehr zu empfehlen, komme gerne wieder”

Zentral gelegenes gutes Hotel, von hier aus kann man die Umgebung prima erkunden. Der Service entsprach den 4 Sternen, Preisleistung stimmt überein.
