“Nice overall hotel”

Nice hotel..my wife and I were impress with the overall hotel, The bed was comfortable. The only issue was traffic getting in and out of hotel

“Comfortable, clean and satisfactory”

The pool was good, staff were friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. We all slept great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Offered us fresh baked peanut butter cookies in the evening which was a nice touch. Only negative things I can say is that there was some noise from the room above, the TP was a little rough and more than one choice of yogurt at breakfast would have been great. We will definitely go back.

“Extremely Disappointed”

Although I have stayed in this hotel the past two years, this year's experience was not like the other two. I was again on the lower level, however, whether it was the age of the building or the size of the travelers above, the noise was almost unbearable. From 1030pm to almost 1am the constant thumping of feet and squeaking of floor boards was maddening. I had to continually turn the volume up on the televsion while awake and kept the fan running to help drown out the noise, however it was unsuccessful. I am not sure I am willing to risk another stay at this hotel.

“not impressed”

The maid service is horrible. The room was not clean. We found dirty socks, not enough towels or soap. The free continental breakfast was the only thing good. Getting on and off street where hotel is was horrible and no towel at pool. I had to ask and they had to go to the basement to get some. Would not go back. Plus it is suppose to be non smoking building but they were smoking outside right next to front door and you could still smell the smoke. It was gross.

“great for the price!”

We had a good time. The front desk personal were friendly and helpful. I loved the room with the comfy chair and footstool. We will definitely go back.

“Met Our Needs”

Although the price seemed a bit high, we felt fortunate to have a room on a Saturday when hotels were hard to come by.

“Met our need”

Came for a baseball tournament in town and the front desk person worked with us to have the breakfast out a half hour early so the kids could before leaving for their game. Beds were fine, although the cot was in bad shape. Rooms were simple and the bathroom was small. Only one garbage can in the whole room and it was in the kitchenette area and no garbage in the bathroom area. Outside of the hotel was beautiful with tons of flowers in bloom. Very convenient. It was very nice to have the pool open 24 hours!

“Alright, nothing to get excited about.”

The motel is older then we were expecting...which is ok, to a point. They could do with an update on some things, such as carpeting in the rooms. The "hot" continental breakfast was a disappointment with cold biscuits and gravy that was in a crock pot. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. However, when a person books a king and gets 2 queens, it is frustrating. They were overbooked, so fortunately we arrived early and at least got a room.

“Short but Sweet”

We were in the area for a Geocaching Event and picked this hotel on-line not sure exactly what to expect. The reviews we read said that the rooms for reasonably comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. We were not disappointed. The location was great for most of what we were there for. Wenatchee isn't what I would call a "One-Horse-Whistle-Stop" but a very friendly place to be. The bed was VERY comfortable. That was the highest priority on the list of needs. The room was clean and did not have any unpleasant smells like you might find. The pool area was very clean as was the hot tub. The lobby was clean and neat as well. The staff (one of which was a trainee) was very informative even with questions they didn't have answers too. They didn't try to tell us things they didn't know. When asked questions they didn't know, they went and asked someone who did. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

“cheap, good place for pets”

Price was good and the room was comfortable. Bringing our dog was easy and the pet walking area was not too bad. People were not so good about picking up after thier pets though. Pool and hot tub were nice but in need of some serious cleaning. Over all comfortable for what we paid.
