“Smooth Stay”

Stayed here 2 nights. Kind, friendly professional staff; 100% positive experience here. Everything worked well from the computer to the showers. Great hot jacuzzi, fast elevators, everything was spotless. Great parking, and everything as stated exactly on the website. No surprises at all. This is how to do business. We wiill return!

“Beautiful Setting”

The hotel seems to be designed to take advantage of the views - great views of the mountains on either side. There were some railroad cars during the night and I could hear a small child crying - but nothing too bad. The bed was comfortable. Three pillows made sitting and watching the telly comfortable. The servers at the resturaunt were good. I was there on the weekend so the buffet was the only option for breakfast - very ordinary and a little spendy. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was only there one night but would stay there again.

“My stay in Wenatchee”

I came to Wenatchee to visit some dear friends. It was very convenient to stay at Coast Wenatchee. The check in and check out proces was quick, the staff were very friendly, and I loved the location. It was nice to walk down by the river as well.

“Not worth the cost.”

Time to do away of those old comforters and old televisions. Time to invest in nice comforters and flat screen TVs. Parking was a hassle.

“Best hotel in area”

This place is very nice. Great spa and pool. Nice rooms and very spacious. I think it is the nicest hotel in the area. I loved the expedia breakfast coupons that were added into our stay. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows they were way to big and hard. But not to bad for the only thing to complain about!

Area recommendations

I would visit Lake Chelan, it's about a 40 min drive but beautiful and lots of fun.

“Nice, but is it worth the extra?”

We usually stay at "value" hotels so this is a little more expensive than our usual choice. My question is "What makes this worth the extra money?" The pool area is nicer than those other places. The room is clean, the beds comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was friendly. The place needs a good "deep" cleaning in the pool area. The only real problem was that I specifically asked Expedia (twice) if breakfast that was included in our price was for all four of us. They said it was. The desk person said it was not. You need to get this straight. The food was great and the restaurant staff was great. The price is still a stretch for us, but we may treat ourselves to this place again some day.

Area recommendations

The park along the Columbia River is very nice. Bring your bikes and do the 11 mile loop. Remember your sunscreen.

“Fine place for a night or two”

Stayed here during the Apple Capital swim meet with my daughter. The room was clean and comfortable, and had small frig and coffee pot. The TV reception was a bit fuzzy, even though they had HBO and cable and we could never find a password to use the free internet/wifi. The halls stayed quiet at night and we slept well--always a plus! The lobby and pool areas are nicer than average for this type of hotel but the parking on Saturday was inadequate--there were no spots in the hotel lots so I had to park by the railroad tracks and walk through a large municipal lot by myself at 10:00 pm. It didn't feel safe and was inconvenient due to the number of item I had to carry. Also, no food was available at the onsite restaurant/bar on the 9th floor when we got back from the meet at ten. The staff was efficient and friendly and I had no problems checking in with my Expedia reservation.
