    “Basic Hotel with brilliant proximity to Wembley Arena”

    Hotel is nothing fancy but totally functional. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the food was completely satisfactory. Our room was neat and clean so all in all nothing to complain about. Virtually on the doorstep to Wembley Arena which is fantastic if attending a concert.

    “not impressed with service considering price and brand.”

    Not happy with the room, it was not as the pictures were, and for the cost and brand of hotel, i was very frustrated. I will not stay there again. They are building next to the hotel and the work started before 8am. I stayed in this hotel due to its locallity to the arena. After a late night at a show, i was woken early by the noise. I also paid extra for a view..which turned out to be again, the building site. Very unhappy.

    “Location about the only positive thing going for this Hotel”

    Location, Location, location!! How true, without location I find it hard to figure out what else I could positively say about this hotel. Charging Central London prices (ripe-off) yet examples of economy drives are every where, Bar undestaffed for a major event; Breakfast a disaster, simply no real idea! Some staff pleasant enough, some staff simply too used to dealing with volumes of people!! Hotel needs a good refurbishment and a long hard look at itself in terms of providing a nice enviroment if it is to shrug off what I can only describe as a bit of a let down!!

    “Flophouse”

    Flaking ceiling paint, peeling wallpaper, mouldly bathroom, rusty fittings and cracked tiles are just some of the delights to be found in this place. The most poorly maintained hotel I've ever stayed at - I can't believe it's supposed to be 4*.

    “Great Hotel”

    Lovely Hotel, close to Wembley Stadium with great Leisure Centre. Extremely clean throughout and with a friendly staff. I was one of a group of 28 and all agreed it was 1st class - only fault the bar did'nt stay open long enough (only joking).

    “SUPERB HOTEL”

    IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO STAY AT THE WEMBLEY PLAZA HOTEL, ITS COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, STAFF ARE VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMODATING. I WENT FOR A RELAXING BREAK AND THAT IS WHAT I GOT, SWIMMING POOL, GYM, JACUZZI, STEAM, HOT ROOM, AREA IS SUPERB. NANDOS, KFC, MACDONALDS, SUBWAY, PRIMARK, TK MAX ARE ALL 10 MINUTES WALK.

    “Just what we were looking for!”

    Seems to have had a number of improvements since we last stayed. Very comfortable room and generally the hotel was well presented. Will use the hotel again when we visit London.

    “A basic, decent hotel”

    If you are looking for basic hotel comfort and services, reasonably price and about 30minutes away from central london (via the london underground), you may want to consider this hotel. If however you are looking for a Renainance Hotel Heathrow layout or a Hilton feel, this may not be what you will get. But you will get a decent room to sleep in and hopefully there are not repair works in the neighbourhood to wake you up in the morning.

    Getting around
    Getting to central london from the hotel was for me the only good part of the hotel. There are bus services from the front of hotel that will take you to the Wembley park tube station and from the tube station you can get on the jubilee line that will take you to Bond Street. So if you love shopping, carrying heavy bags won't be muh of a problem when getting back to the hotel. To the left of the hotel, there is a commercial district that you can find a couple eatries. Nothing posh, but decent enough. There is also a Tesco about one minute from the hotel that you can pick some fresh sandwitches from.
    What to pack
    Pack a shower cap, they never leave any in the room. You could ask for one though, but my guess is since it is not a standard practise, they could easily run out of stock.
    Other
    If you are like me that consider spa services at site, this may not be a bad hotel to consider. The sauna and steam bath work well, though kind of small. The swimming poll is also ok. however, general cleaniness of the spa is not, in my opinion, up to the standard of a 4 star hotel, but I guess that runs through the whole hotel. Decent enough for use but don't expect anything near a hilton standard.

    “Value for money”

    The hotel exceeded our expectations and was extremely good value for money. It was a pleasure to stay somewhere where the parking was free! The staff were professional, helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean and we had a nice view of Wembley Stadium. The complementary breakfast was of a good standard and we were surprised to receive a complementary room upgrade. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

    Area recommendations
    We parked our car in the hotel car park and travelled by train to Central London to see a theatre show. The hotel is within easy reach of London City Centre.
