Good location and good size of room

Posted 14-Dec-2014
Stayed one night, but the overall experience is good. The location is great, near to the stadium, the Tube/subway station and the newly opened Designer Outlet. The breakfast is ok, except not very 'international', but typical English. It would be ideal if the pool could be open longer, say 11pm other than 10pm.

nice hotel close to Wembley Park Tube.

Posted 01-Dec-2014
Pros: The friendly atmosphere, efficiency and cleanliness.
Cons: Service of drinks at breakfast. Staff were very busy and it took a while for tea and coffee to arrive at the table.
Location: The hotel is opposite Wembley Stadium and the SSE arena is next door . The tube station is a 5 minute walk and takes 15 minutes into London.
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable and house keeping service each day. The breakfast was excellent value for money. We had a light meal in the evening the bar. The service was quick and staff couldn't do enough for you. For the price we paid I would stay there again and recomend it to others.

Wembly area show

Posted 30-Nov-2014
Hotel location was excellent as is right opposite Arena and Stadium . Only thing that let it down was the service at breakfast . No information from our waiter about breakfast service once shown to our table . Left to find out for ourselves . Very dirty table had to ask for it to be cleaned . Dirty juice glass , we asked for a replacement, and never received a clean one until we asked again some 10 minutes later then no offer of any juice . So had to ask again . Tea pot was really stained and needed a good clean . I asked for a replacement and got one , but not much different . I no that these things are Trivall but I do feel that the Hiltons attention to detail was leaking at the hotel .

Nice hotel, partcularly for a stadium event

Posted 29-Oct-2014
Pros: Friendly staff, good health club, decent restaurant, fast elevators, quiet air conditioning/heating unit.
Location: next door to a semi-indoor mall, Wembley stadium, close(1 mile) to a Indian community with lots of good Indian vegetarian restaurants.
From the airport, it was quite a tube and bus ride to get close to the hotel, and locating it took a bit of walking. Its located right next to the stadium and a mall. Checking in was smooth, very friendly staff. Room nicely appointed. Very good food at restaurant and very good health club facilities ( with steam room and sauna). Like all Hilton's, internet is extra. Air conditioning/heating is relatively quiet. Elevators are fast. Located wthin .35 miles from a bus stop, the train, and the tube. It's a bit out of the way, unless you are attending a game at the stadium, but such good public transportation in London that it doesn't matter that much. I would consider staying there again.
