Very worn property, my room lacked amenities (no coffee pot, no cups, no hair dryer, tv didn't work), The staff were gracious and helpful but the motel needs remodeled

These places that have rugs should either be cleaned throughly or replaced after a certain time. This one was very dirty which can result in health problems. There was no hair dryer had to ask one. Even though this was a one level concrete floor just before walking into the bathroom the floor was very unstable as if there was a crawl space for the plumbing very unsafe.

Worse hotel we have ever stayed at. We left 5 min after checking in. Mouse crap and dog food all over the room. Hotel refused to give us a refund. The smoke alarms all had been broken. Bedding had white stains all over it. Unbelievably disgusting place! Do not even chance it. There is a Hampton in across the street that was amazing.

more like rundownmotel
Room is big, bathroom is way small but the shower is way too small. its like 2 by 2 feet area, way too small for 6 feet person. breakfast is Not continental only bare minimum, when asking for water just use tap water.room doesn't seem to be clean on regular basis, cigarettes smell in the room.

A Wyndham 8 Disappointmenty
When we entered the room after checking in it was around freezing temperature, it took more than 1 hr to get it to a comfortable temperature using the heatpump and also using the hair dryer at full power. Bathroom walls were repaired but were not finished being painted. The worst continental breakfast we have ever had, a real disappointment for a Wyndham Super 8. Definitely would not stay again.

This place doesn’t rate as a SUPER eight. Pool is in what loot like a parking lot, and was covered. No spa, breakfast was just some rolls and cereal. People at front desk were not very friendly. It would pass as a regular motel 8, as the price was reasonable

The bathroom was dirty and the cleaning products (toilet brush) were on the bath counter so someone must have been disrupted and forgot where they were. The floor is quite mushy. This place needs a serious overhaul.

The bed was comfortable. The room was large. The sink leaked all over the carpeted floor. The door was hard to clise and lock. The room needs a lot of help, the floor felt like it was broken under the carpet (we were on the first floor). I'm not sure if there's a better option in Wells.

Save yourself and pay more somewhere else than staying here. It appeared clean on arrival but it was late. There was an ant on my pillow and my husband took care of it and didnt see more. We woke up to ants all over the desk and our stuff. I was extremely itchy woth hives on my body from some kind of reaction to who knows what in that room. The floor feels unstable by the 2nd bed and bathroom. The manager gave me $5 for having to deal with all of the ants. He serves expired milk for breakfast, it expired 2 days before I opened their fridge. He stored the waffle mix in the fridge with the scoop in it and it was not dated so how long was it there? Health inspectors need to pay them a visit... what a disgusting place.

it was a terrible experience the power was out for hours with no warning from staff. Room was smelly and had a soft spot in the floor and there was no tv it had no signal i will never stay at a super 8 again after this trip. the Wyndham corporation must never check their affiliated properties. terrible terrible experience and the staff lies right to your face. they should have refunded everyone staying there

Staff was very accommodating, when we checked into our room the AC unit was not working and he switched us into another room right away. Lots of food choices at the breakfast buffet 😋
