"The hotel had a great location. It was only a 5 min walk from the Subway station. We were on the 26th floor and had a great view of times square, but you could still hear some of the sounds of the city. Nothing that a little white noise couldn't cover up. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft. Needed to use several pillows to get support on my neck. The towels were a bit scratchy."

"Its always clean, the staff is professional and the guys at the door are awesome! The girl in the gift shop was very rude and treated myvfamily likecwe were bothering her while she played on her phone. But other than that, it was a great experience "
