Although we didn’t need a lot of assistance, the interactions we had were very friendly. The hotel, the room, the pool/spa and parking lot were all very clean. We enjoyed the hut tub and also the dry sauna. This hotel is very easy to get to with ample parking. Even though there’s a WalMart next door, it’s on the edge of a quiet town, so not a lot of noise. And it was handy to run into WM when I realized I forgot to bring my Bedtime tea. We found the area really only offers chain food for dinner, but the next town is larger and an easy 20 minute drive. We only went to the breakfast one day and found it to be traditional hotel items. We were able to grab a yogurt cup. Although most items not for us, the options were waffles, cereal, bread, apples, eggs and sausage. We suggest visiting the downtown Waverly Get Roasted for good coffee and pastries, also downtown ThinkWell for roasted coffee beans.

This place is terrible! The beds are so small Very gloomy place! I went to the front desk to see if I could get a bigger room, as there was one on the website, front desk told me no! Also that cots are fire hazard, but I have stayed at other places and they allow them. Do not stay here!!!!

I told them I was a night shift worker and I was put in the middle of the bottom floor, in an adjoined room next to a couple that was extremely loud. After they checked out, the cleaning crew was no quieter. I had to pay for 2 nights to attempt to sleep during one day, for them to keep me awake the whole time.
