“Good value”

We got just what we bargained for... nice hot tub, decent breakfast, and a clean room.

“Meh.”

Advertised as a non-smoking facility. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Heavy application of Fabrese helped.

“Great value! Stay here!”

I booked a room here because of the low cost and great reviews. I was glad I did. Friendly and very helpful front desk clerk. 24-hour pool. GREAT continental breakfast starting at 6am. We were glad we stayed here!

“perfect family hotel”

We arrived early for check in but they told us we could check in non-the-less. The room was very clean. They have a work out area that was quite adequate. They also provide a very good breakfast, in room coffee maker and HBO. The only thing not up to par was the pool. I took my son down there for a swim. I did not use the pool but instead buried my face in a magazine while he swam. The chlorine was ridiculously strong. It made my eyes water. I did see the front desk attendant scoop up a glassful of the hot tub water for what I'm assuming and hoping was a test of its condition. My son didn't seem to mind the water, he was in it for over an hour and is still with us today, perhaps a little more disinfected from the pool than I would normally care for! My sinuses have now adjusted. Couldn't smell much but chlorine til the next day. Other than that, no problems.

“Wausau”

Only issue is road construction, not in my TomTom. Not sure for how long??

“Great for the money”

I enjoyed it very much. It was clean and friendly. The breakfast was good and the pool area was nice. It was priced just right. I liked that I could walk to a gas station or multiple different restaurants. I would stay there again.

Area recommendations
Not sure. Only stayed on Wausau on the way back from the Iola Old Car Show

“Road Construction”

The worst part of our trip was the road construction leading to the hotel. We would use Super 8 again when traveling. Loved that they had biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

“Nice hotel with easy access off main highway”

Hotel was quiet with nice rooms. Bathroom was small but room was set up nicely. Fast food restaurants are very close with McDonald's within 200 feet of hotel. Reception was pleasant and were able to get the room key in a very short time. Check out was also very easy. It was a pleasant stay at this hotel

“I would stay here again if given the chance. A good value for the buck”

A good value and easy to find in an OK spot. Very nice room with a slightly outdated bathroom. I would go back!
