Nice hotel but over priced. No breakfast, no fridge in the room, only enough coffee for one and breakfast items are ridiculously over priced. Very nice hotel just not a bargain. Very clean and safe. We stayed on a crowded weekend and our rooms were not ready at the very late (4pm) check in time. 4 is late to begin with so we were not real happy.
Comfortable bed and pillows, which isn't always the case in motels. I thought that more attention could have been given to cleanliness. The bathroom floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, the room was fine.
Need to be more careful of their cleaning of little things like toilet paper holder. Bathtub nonslip bottom looks dirty even if it's not. Window at exit very dirty. Side entrance trashy looking with cigarette disposal container & trash.
Teresa at the front desk was amazing. Very professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The nice thing about this hotel is the kitchen. - Convenient
The bad thing about this hotel is the kitchen. -Whatever anyone has cooked before you leaves a lingering smell. Not what I wanted to walk into when checking in. Thankfully Teresa found a room that worked for me.
Breakfast was basic. Granola bars, red delicious apples (which honestly are flavorless - a better choice would have been a different type of apple), muffins (chocolate), coffee, oatmeal
Overall it was a good deal and I'd stay here again.
Friendly staff, clean enough rooms. Easy access to everything we needed. And generally quiet (although I do sleep with a fan on - so I didn't notice much noise).
Great location and good food in the Irish pub downstairs. Wonderful room. I wish breakfast didn't end so early at 9am, but the coffee and quiche lorraine was excellent. Bed was superb and room was large and comfortable. Better bathroom and shower than I have at home.
We will surely return if staying overnight in Waukesha.

Owner was the coolest lady. She actually put us up in a very nice free upgrade. Amenities in the room were fantastic. Iron, mini fridge, coffee service for people who actually drink coffe & not the typical free swill from most places. Add the fact that Expedia got me about a 3 1/2 star hotel for a 1 1/2 star price, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
The westernmost suburb of Milwaukee, Waukesha’s natural springs made it a spa town until the turn of the 20th century. The town boasts the historic Carroll College and the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha. Further down I-43, East Troy offers skiing and a venue for large concerts and music festivals in the summer.
