"Outside key entry door was broke. AC unit leaked water all over my bag getting my clothes wet. No creamer for coffee in breakfast lounge. Breakfast lounge was dirty. No available ice bucket."

"When I entered the room, I walked over to turn on the air and close the curtains and found 2 used q-tips on the ledge. This prompted me to do a thorough looking around! I went into the bathroom. There was a dingy washcloth with a small dark something attached to it. I opened the shower door and found the Super 8 wrapper to soap on the floor of the shower. On the shelf was a nasty used piece of soap sitting in water. I then pull all the linen up and thankfully I saw no bugs, or I would have left. I had been up, drove 3 hours, watched grandkids play baseball in 90 degree heat...im 70, I was too exhausted to leave, definitely did not shower... The pool definitely did NOT look like this picture. The bed had nice sheets, but the pillows were terrible and the mattress needs to be tossed. Oh and there was a guy mowing just below the window at 8:30 pm! The whole place needs upgraded or torn down"

"The house was in a great location and exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. We were especially grateful for the keurig coffee that was there for our enjoyment. Our host was easy to communicate with and checking out was a breeze. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Cedar Falls."

"The only thing that would have made this stay even better would have been a blender! The cabin was well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay away from home. My family stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation, and we made great use of the large yard for playing catch and yard games like KUBE.If I had to be picky, the living room got quite cold, while the main first-floor bedroom tended to get warm overnight.Overall, it was a 5-star stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there!"
