Good hotel, comfortable and well appointed. We were given a room which must have been right above the bar so we could hear music all night as we were trying to sleep. We could sing along with the music which would be nice if we were not trying to sleep.

A great, recently renovated hotel with easy parking and a quiet setting a short stroll from town. The only letdown was the breakfast, which clearly had been made to a budget. So I’d suggest going room only and find one of the many decent cafes close by.

Very pleasant, mid week stay. Was very relaxed, quiet, and affordable. Lovely staff and very helpful. Would recommend checking in online if possible as it saves time on arrival.

Great city break
We went with our daughter with downs syndrome and from start to finish we were made feel very specail. Nothing was any bother from staff. Constantly checking we were all ok. Orla loved it. It would be unfair to name one staff member as the best as they all where. Michael(GM)we will be back.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a funeral in New Ross. The girl at the reception was So helpful and so pleasant and professional. I think Cholie was her name. Staff at breakfast were also great.

Hotel was easy to find and staff were very helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel as it was very convenient, clean and comfortable. Having their own private enclosed car park was also a positive.

OK but noisy at night
Great location but 'saturday night party hotel' so watch out for the inevitable drunks who can't stay quiet in the rooms next to you at 4am.

We were on an overnight weekend stay for Winterval. We couldn’t fault the hotel. It’s in a great location and has parking. The room was spacious, modern and clean and there were lots of options for breakfast. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
