“Very nice neighborhood”

Georgetown area is the best in Washington. Westin Hotel is located on M street, the main street for shopping and restaurants...

“Great, reasonably priced hotel for DC.”

Very comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Great bed! Good staff, especially Cesar. He was great and got us a lovely room with a pretty view of the courtyard. Also love that the hotel is energy efficient. Pretty good location too, though if you're looking for nightlife, there isn't too much going on in the immediate vicinity, but you're still close enough to walk or take a quick cab ride to Dupont Circle or U street.

“Good hotel in Washington”

Excellent and comfortable hotel in Washington. During a short trip we chose to walk around Washington to see as much as possible of the City. The Westin was in a good location - easily walkable to the main sights and close to Georgetown for bars and restaurants. Felt safe walking around the area - even later at night. Room was large, comfortable and well equipped with huge bathroom! Was on second floor and room was quiet even though there were events on in hotel on both nights we were there. Efficient and helpful staff in the hotel as well - both around check-in and out and for general queries/support. Would recommend this hotel.

Getting around
Found most areas to be in walking distance and saw more of the city whilst doing so. Good comfortable shoes a must though.
Events and shows
Would recommend a night time tour - particularly of the various monuments. Well lit and less crowded and vistiting at night gives a different perspective on the sights. For the war memorials particularly made them more poignant and made you reflect that little bit more.

“Richard's Review”

Solomon, Erwing and Tariq were ery helful. Ahmad was very informative giving us information when he took us to our room. Kevin at the desk was very patient Concierge was also quiet polite.

“Great DC Hotel”

Clean and convenient. Extremely comfortable beds. Be careful the snack tray and mini bar are weight sensored!

“has it all”

everything you need in a nice hotel . exactly what i expected. i was worried about getting a taxi in the city. there was taxi service out front which was a nice bonus.

“Nice hotel”

Very friendly/helpful staff. Large rooms with large bathrooms. Good location was able to walk to both the national Mall and monuments in one direction and to the shops and restaurants of Georgetown in the other direction with young children.
