Everything was excellent except when you’re staying at such an excellent establishment it’s busy! Staff was busy on a Saturday and I had to call 3x to get towels. By the time I did get the towels I had already taken my shower and dried off. Also my daughter ordered breakfast but it never arrived to the room! I’m not sure how that happened but it did. Other than that everything else was great and the location was excellent as well! We walked everywhere.

Very nice convention hotel.
Busy place but easy access to Mall, arena and multiple sights.
Only issue encountered was long line and wait to order breakfast. Pretty inefficient….

Hotel is nice. But, I specifically chose this hotel to get a 2 bed suite. I booked weeks in advance. When I got there, they did not have a 2 bed suite. They gave me a small discount on a standard room with 2 beds. That is not what I wanted and I was already there and had paid. This is not an inexpensive hotel. I expect to get the room I reserved. Otherwise why would I book it in advance.

The stay here is extremely unpleasant. There are too many unclear charge of fees for all the different reasons. First, the WiFi is said to be free but it is only free if you are a member and when I checked in the front desk said I have 30 dollars to use for every day so I thought that cover the WiFi fee but it turns out not. Also the 30 dollar is not enough for a room for 3 to have breakfast at all. The amount of money is not accumulative. The worst of all exotics that the day of Easter you change the policy of breakfast and only allow either 17 or 28 dollars buffet. You don’t allow sharing and don’t notify the customer in advance. The service is extremely terrible. Will NEVER consider this hotel ever again!

This is a very nice mid-sized, newly renovated luxury hotel in a central D.C. location. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very nice. Good bar. My only issue was I found the room phone difficult to use when I tried to call for my car pick up.

Excellent amenities! Very spacious and clean room. Food was good except for the ice cream we got on the last night from room service. It was a tad freezer burnt. Need more room service options. The brussel sprouts at the restaurant were AMAZING! Staff was very friendly too! Conference area was very spacious. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

The property was new & refreshed. The gym was really nice and the staff were very courteous. The one negative is likely true of every hotel. There was a destination fee (we live in DC BTW and were just enjoying a night away). It wasn't clear what it included. So we were encouraged to drink the free water in the room ($15 a bottle). Sign up for the in room wifi which was free ($12). Use the destination credit towards the bar or tickets to a local museum. That is all well and good but it just wasn't clear what you would be charged for and what you wouldn't. I would prefer just being allowed to get a drink at the bar if I want and pay for it as I go vs. an odd precharge that I have to use.

The place was big and beautiful. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we arrived, and one robe for 2 people. There are 2 westins close together so Uber gets confused very easily. The staff didn’t explain anything about where to find the room or any amenities. Extremely loud traffic from our room. There was no way to darken the room as the only curtains provided was shear. Other than that, the place was great. Beautiful room. Beautiful hotel. Would like to see them start handing out a floor map or at least be more helpful in showing guest to at least the elevators to their rooms.

Phones don’t work so it’s hard to communicate with staff. I was unable to request missing supplies for the room or call for my car.
Also, we were woken up both mornings by staff which is more than annoying.

Terrible on the side of Expedia, I made a reservation of 2 rooms thru the app and somehow, they put another person information that was staying in the same place in my second room, very unprofessional from them on how they do this kind of mess. Never booking through Expedia again
The property was very nice. Dry, clean and well maintain the staff was great.
