“Decent hotel”
Just what I needed for our stay in the D. C. area. Comfortable and close to everything.
“good option”
best option if you have a car. By public transportation, you need more than 1 hr. At weekend, situation maybe worse.

The staff was very helpful even though I made an error booking my reservation.

the hotel is generally OK. Each room has a small fridge and microwave which is very convenient. They also serve free Breakfast; it is not great but better than nothing!

Comfortable, clean hotel. Good service from friendly staff. The included breakfast was adequate (fruit, cereal, waffles etc). It was a little far from the metro station, but the neighborhood felt safe.
“check the details”
this is an okay stay for the money. However, we chose this over another similarly priced and closer because they have a pool. Unfortunately, it is only open from 2pm - 8pm so we weren't able to use it anyway. Know it's not top notch, the bfast is skating by on low quality carbs and the hallways are super hot and humid.
“Good for the price”
Went to College Park with daughter for UM orientation. The hotel is very close to the campus, right on US Route 1. The room is clean and confortable. A bit noicy since my room is facing the street. Internet and phone worked smoothly. It's not easy to exit the parking lot due to traffic.
“Bad service”
Very simple, bad located, you need to cross a dangerous road to take the metrobus and, worst, bad service. Global impression of mistrust and impersonality. Noisy.

I NEEDED TO BE CLOSE TO MARYLAND UNIVERSITY AND THIS HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT
“Good for the buck!”
I give a 3 rating for this hotel mainly owing to its location. It is situated on a busy road with constant traffic noise that disturbs a peaceful moment of rest. Yet, I admit it is good deal for the price. Customer service is very curteous and friendly.
