My family of three had a wonderful time here! The hotel is close to museums, has parking and restaurants, and we appreciated the very kind and competent staff members that we interacted with.

Shower/bath didn’t seem clean with the bath liner on bottom. Also was did go down drain fast with shower on it fill bath. Room much smaller than expected. Elevator felt unsafe did get stuck at one floor for a second. Item left from previous occupant was on the floor tucked in a corner

I reserved a king room about two months before the stay. When I arrived they didn’t have a king room, so we had to get a two queen room for one night. Then we moved into a king room for the remainder of our stay. Kind of a hassle having to move rooms, but the front desk worked it out for the remainder of the stay.

I paid extra to get an executive room on a high floor and they gave me a room across from one that had apparently suffered water damage. The carpet and baseboard were torn up and they had a commercial dehumidifier and 2 fans running for my entire 3 night stay and refused to turn them off. Will never stay here again.

Short walking distance to all the major sites in DC. Everyone was extremely friendly. Two great restaurants with good food. Millie, the bartender took good care of us.

Close proximity to museums, the Capitol building, and Metro. The room was very hot coupled with the hard bed and loud inefficient A/C made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. And then there are the train trains.

Very nice and perfect location to walk to the famous spots and museum! The room was spacious and water pressure was so great!!! They offer 2 types of pillow and there were a bench and double desk and it makes us easier to eat something or writing a diary. I feel this hotel is much convinient and well managed any other holiday inn. Kids loved the small game zone and spent every 1 hour playing with other kids. Breakfast was not free but it worths, all foods were fresh and especially the omelette was really nice! Kids had breakfast free, and there were free pop corn in the late afternoon at the lobby.

Room lacked quality control in preparation. Bathroom door did not have a latch. Refrigerator was installed, but never plugged in. Carpet dirty. Restaurant in hotel.. food way overpriced. Example: over $20 for a salad.

This hotel was a perfect location for it's quick walk to all the museums, the National Mall and a Metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff was more than helpful. Kids eat free at the hotel restaurants with the purchace of an adult meal. There is a safe parking garage for the hotel, but it's an extra cost not associated with your booking costs. They charge you the parking fee at check in and it is based off the number of nights you're staying. I highly recommend this hotel if your looking to enjoy the DC area.

The people is very nice, the hotel is a near to a lot places that you want to visit like capitolio,Smithsonian Museums, National Mall , have a restaurant inside with good prices , and more...the transportation is easy to find...my experience was very nice in this hotel...

The room next to us was having a party and were being super loud. I woke up around 4:30am when someone knocked on our door bc it seems they had the wrong room. I called front desk to see if they could keep it down but it didn’t help. They continued partying until the morning. In the morning I went to get coffee and noticed a young female was just standing by the elevators for at least a couple of hours. It looks like their party friends locked her out the room. It was not a good luck for the hotel. I don’t plan to stay there again

This is our fourth visit here. The service at the restaurants has declined over the last few years. The paid breakfast buffet was more like what you would expect for free at a Comfort Inn. The bar and grill has great food, but the service was not good. Servers still wearing masks and I can't hear what they are saying. Waited 30 minutes between the time we finished eating and when we received the check. Also, no room service available. Chances are, we will try somewhere else next time.

It’s an okay hotel within walking distance of the national mall. However, it’s very difficult to find decent food nearby. There’s a McDonald’s on the block as well as a restaurant inside the hotel but I would not recommend eating there AT ALL.

This hotel is located only a few walking blocks from many Smithsonian museums. Although the hotel is due for some interior updates, the staff were friendly, rooms clean, and processes for check in and check out were smooth.

In a nutshell- good hotel but away from the action and restaurants. The hotel was clean, had excellent front desk and bellman service, great hot water and water pressure, and thorough house keeping. We didn’t hear our neighbors and the elevators were always quick. Starbucks in the lobby! BUT- the location of the hotel is in what we named the DC ghost town, in the middle of what once must have been busy streets. There is only a McD’s, a Starbucks, and a pizza by the slice within half a mile. We could, and did, walk everywhere, but left wishing we could pick up the hotel and move it to a more central location.
