We arrived later than expected and Mr. DiAngelo was so welcoming, professional, and friendly. The room was most comfortable with a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful along with really good hot java. My family and I would recommend this hotel, close to mass transit, and so many delicious eateries, and museums. Great location approx. 20 min ride to the airport. The views from this hotel were seriously fab. Great stay.

The property is a convenient walk down to the main museums, and there are a number of restaurants in the area. I don't like the sirens, but there is an engine company down the street, can't do much about that. This is far enough from Chinatown to appease those who have read all the negatives coming from that area.

Stayed on the 6th floor and it took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Busy elevators. Good location. Breakfast ok. The nearby garage in Massachusetts is way cheaper.

Location was great for all the sightseeing you want to do. Close to the metro, union Station train station and capital one arena. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Only thing was they were upgrading there lobby and had a portable check in counter and bar. The service was great and everyone was pleasant and easy to work with.

The property has significant construction work underway. Only one elevator worked. There was no hot water one day. The rooms are fine but the hallways etc are old and decrepit. By far the worst HI I’ve stayed in. On the positive side the breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

I was not happy that the hotel only offers Valet parking a very high cost ($50) however you can easily park across street for half price ($24) to Close.

The breakfast can only be taken upstairs, no seating option. Only 1 elevator (out of 2) works - which creates long waiting lines, especially during breakfast. Parking is extremely expensive - had to park few blocks away for half the price. Neighbors room had party all night long, slamming doors and yelling in the corridor - the staff did nothing. Reception person was arguing with someone on the phone saying the f word multiple times, disregarding the nearby guests, some of which were with kids... Overall - stay away.
