This was the perfect place to stay for our short site-seeing visit to Washington DC. It's within walking distance to a lot of different things, the staff is friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely time there.

This is a very busy hotel in the heart of DC Chinatown. The staff is incredibly friendly, the free breakfast buffet hit the spot, and our room was clean and quiet.

We came back to our room and the toilet was over flowing. They had maintenance up in about 5 minutes and fixed it and cleaned up the area. This was around 10pm. Will definitely be going back.

There was a parking charge or $52 per day whether you checked out early or bot. Besides that, there was some additional charges that came to $38 per night. So overall, we ended up paying $90 per night over our booking rate. Expedia never mentioned these rates

I liked the staff. Very friendly and cooperative as I asked for a couple things such as public restroom, napkins/forks, water. The hotel is situated in Chinatown. You can find a lot of Chinatown eats really close to the hotel. Capital One Arena is within a 4 min walk. That services you to the arena and other pre/post game bars in the area. There is a parking garage connected to the building/on the block within a 30 second walk. We used that parking garage to park our vehicle for the night instead of the valet service the hotel offered, because it was cheaper and self-park. The room itself was spacious enough to hold 4 tall adults. Probably could have had a more spacious setting, but it made do for only 1 night. Shower did not drain often, as it clogged up during most our showers. Refrigerator was not cold as we first entered the room. It was a big mystery to find out if it was even plugged in, because that's how warm it was. Turns out it was plugged in, so refrigerator is cheap and useless for the most part. Breakfast buffet included as part of our stay. I believe the breakfast buffet is only available during the weekdays. 6:30AM - 9:30AM Served egg cheese, bacon, quiche, over done hard boiled eggs, cereal, tea, juices, coffee, bagels, waffles, water, yogurt, muffins. It was crowded at 8AM when I got breakfast. Rating: 3.5/5 Overall, it was a pleasant stay for my group of 4. I appreciate the warm welcoming at the lobby door.

Just next to Chinatown with a decent restaurant called Chinatown Express that had good food and pleasant service. Others were intimidating or had bad service. Hotel is walkable to all the historic sites. Breakfast was ok but there may be a queue if the hotel is packed.

Not a good night
This was a poor trip from the start. We arrived at the hotel and checked into the hotel. The attendant was very rude and had an attitude. I then was informed of the parking fee of $52/day and when I asked questions I was told “you are in down town dc and can find a meter if you don’t like it”. The room was very musty and mush dust in the vents above the tub. The mattress was stained and pillows flat. We then had breakfast the next day and all they had were eggs as the hot food. I can say I have stayed at may Marriott properties and this was the worst by far.

Really nice hotel with very comfortable rooms. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that fool you. Staff was incredibly nice and efficient.

Erica the manager was excellent: superior customer service, friendly, had great dining suggestions, just great all around. The rest of the staff as well were wonderful. The only downside was that my room (#822) lacked closet space.

Good for one night stay
Check in was easy and friendly. Valet was also friendly. The room was a bit small but good for one night. The breakfast selection was ok, and could've been cleaner.

The staff was really great! Theyveere prompt, helpful and very friendly. The location is great if you have an event at the captiol one arena but the rooms were a little small and dated but overall would go again!
