Great location, clean and quiet. Elevators can be serviced, feel like you may get stuck but overall nice place. I would and will be staying there again

Nice hotel in Greenbelt

Posted 14-Mar-2015
Pros: Like everything. Very nice hotel. Staff great and everything very clean. Nice breakfast and great attentions by the staff. Front desk efficient. T
Cons: Only problem is the basic internet service ( the free one) is too slow.
Location: Good location near the beltway.
Very nice hotel. Staff great and everything very clean. Only problem is the basic internet service ( the free one) is too slow. I know they want you to pay for the fast one, the free one is ridiculously slow and inefficient.

Perfect place to stay for nearby meeting

Posted 16-Feb-2015
Pros: The room, with movable desk table, TV convenient to both couch and bed. The lobby area worked very well as a place to hang out with other guests.
Location: Only one restaurant in walking distance. But Greenbelt park across the street is great for hikes.
I spent a week. The room was pleasant, worked great as an office. Nice being so close to Greenbelt park, just across the street with miles of trails.

Excellent location

Posted 23-Jan-2015
The hotel has a balcony with a room well some of them do and I specifically told them I wanted one and they didn't give me one. Other than the stay was nice. And the coffee machine didn't work.

Suites are sweet

Posted 08-Jan-2015
Pros: Easy to locate. Quick access to the highway.
Cons: Some kind of channel lineup would have been nice and more digital/HD channels would be nice too. Adressing the giant stain on the carpet would be good
Location: Anything you need is within 15mins
I actually got the 1 king bed I booked this time instead of the 2 queens when I booked online last time so that was good. The suites are great. Usually the staff is very friendly too, except this time...just kinda blah, but not really a complaint. Didn't impact my stay at all.

Great hotel!

Posted 30-Dec-2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was awesome! It was a really nice hotel definitely a lot more upscale then I was expecting for the price of the room. Also, great customer service at front desk and shuttle service! I would highly reccommend this hotel. Only 2 downsides- the weekend we stayed there was a huge children's hockey tournament and we didn't get to enjoy the hottub because there were upwards of 30 4-10 yr olds running around, cannon balling and acting like hooligans. No one in the hotel at all seemed to care which took a lot always from out stay unfortunately but the hockey tournament that weekend was just a fluke. We would stay here again definitely. And the second downside was that breakfast was very pricey. Food was good but for a bagel 2 fruit cups a breakfast sandwhich and 2 small coffees we paid almost 30 dollars and they forgot about making the sandwhich so it ended up taking about 20 min. Overall I was impressed though!
