Lovely hotel for a relaxing romantic break.

Posted 22-Jun-2015
Pros: The staff, the food and the location!
Cons: Just a redecoration in the spa in some areas.
Location: Great for visiting Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.
Walton Hall hotel is ideal for a relaxing getaway with fabulous food and great staff. The only thing lacking was a Jacuzzi in the spa and it could probably do with a redec in some areas, however overall I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Perfect spa getaway

Posted 31-Mar-2015 on Hotels
We had a wonderful weekend break to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was clean and spacious and the surroundings were amazing. We had some lovely treatments in the hotel spa and enjoyed meals in both the hotel and the adjacent Walton Hall. A really special trip.

Questionable Marketing strategy

Posted 24-Mar-2015 on Hotels
Although booked in the Hall we were not told on booking that the dining room was usually pre booked for functions hence we had to go to the Hotel dining room to eat one night and a bar snack another. Parties were staying at the cheaper Hotel and then using the Hall facilities. Considering the difference in room prices we were disappointed to say the least.

Best hotel I stayed in while in the UK. Very quiet/secluded area. Bar food average.

Great secluded environment

Posted 09-Mar-2015
Pros: Old English charm
Cons: Internet stability.
Location: Part of what I liked here is that the location was quite secluded in the country side.
This was a fantastic stay. The staff were superb, food was great, room was very clean & comfortable and there were plenty of interesting things to walk around and see on the property. It is a secluded old English manor in the country side with lots of character. The only issue I experienced there was that the internet was intermittent. If your goal is to get away, this is the perfect place. If you're staying for business, this might pose a bit of a communication problem. Either way, I highly recommend this place.
