“Excellent hotel, brilliant location”
Great hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Location is 5 minutes walk from town centre. Comfortable beds, lovely rooms. Nice buffet breakfast, everything you could think of was available. Overall a great stay for the weekend. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we vist Stratford.
“excellant hotel”
.
“Excellent location for town centre”
Q hotel in Stratford offers a great location, 15 minutes walk from the river/RSC, only 10 minutes into town centre, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast was good quality with sufficient choice.
“Excellent choice”
Rooms were large and location perfect for the rail. Best room we had during a 17 day trip thru UK by rail.
“friendly and efficient”
Efficient, friendly reception, clean room, pleasant bar staff and good evening meal only critisism was that starter portions were a bit on the small side. Manager and reception very responsive to various requests including use of wheelchair. Right alongside station so brilliant location if using train. Also less than 5 mins into centre of Stratford for shops, theatre etc. Have been before and was very pleased and it didnt disappoint on this trip.
“Big clean rooms! Free wifi in lobby!!”
After a couple of small European hotels, this hotel was very refreshing. The staff was proactive and helpful. The room was quite large and very clean with parking on site. Breakfast was good, and there was free wifi and a computer in the lobby. It's 10 to 15 minutes from the theater.
“Amazing stay in an amazing town”
I arrived at The Stratford at about 12 noon - 3 hours before check in - but without me asking the employee told me that they had a room ready for me and I could go ahead and check in. The room was beautiful and the hotel staff was very helpful with everything I needed to do that day. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good as well. Out of all the places I stayed during my European trip this hotel was by far my favorite. Just about everything you'd want to do in Stratford-Upon-Avon was in walking distance as well. I cannot wait to go back someday.
“Can't Fault it”
Second time at this hotel. Excellent hotel, good service, lots of parking and walking distance from RST. And "Macbeth" was superb.
“Very Impressed”
Rooms were large and in very good condition, staff were friendly and polite, and location was great for visitting Shakespeare's house. Overall, very happy.
“The Stratford Hotel”
Nice hotel. Good service and large, comfortable room. If we have a gripe about the room, the fittings were very stylish but in many ways very impractical, especially in the bathroom. The complimentary two hour per day wifi blocks any mobile broadband connection you have of your own which seems a bit unecessary. Breakfast was good, the staff very attentive and our overall experience was good.
