Pros: Stylish and location
Location: Ask staff re restaurants, tradional polish ones a few mins walk
Stylish modern hotel only 10 mins walk from main station with bars, restaurants and shops nearby - more buisness areas=a than old town though

Excellent city location

A lovely hotel, the reception staff were very helpful. Perfectly located you can walk to the old town within 20 minutes and the new town within 10 minutes. Would definitely go back to the hotel.

Good hotel for a city break

Posted 19-Jun-2014
Pros: Spacious rooms, beautiful marble bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels, friendly staff. A nice, welcoming place to come back to.
Cons: The hotel has everything a tourist to Warsaw would require.
Location: Good location, a bit too far to walk to most of the tourist sites, but never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a tram.
Stayed at the Westin Warsaw for a city break. The hotel is situated in the business district on John Paul II Street, just 3 tram stops away from The Old Town, which is where we headed most times. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment.

Great hotel! Would recommend!

Posted 31-May-2014
Great hotel! Staff is so helpful. They did not have the room we paid for so they upgraded us to a corner room. Even though it was on the fourth floor, great view and was quiet. Hotel is in a convenient location- close to many attractions. 15 minute walk to the Saxon Gardens/Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Uprising Museum, Palace of Culture and Science, and about 25 minute walk to old town/ main street full of shops and restaurants. About a 45 minute to hour walk to Lazienki Park (can also take a bus).

Nice hotel

The hotel is decent. The room is sizeable and the wifi access was free. It is, however, half way between 2 tram stops which is slightly annoying if you are popping in and out of the hotel frequently.

Centrally-located hotel in a quiet street

Posted 01-May-2014
Pros: Friendly staff and convenient location.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager was very welcoming and helpful. His staff were equally as friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants to us and made a reservation for us. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable with an excellent breakfast buffet. It is easy to walk 10 minutes to the town centre or 10 minutes to the monastery. Rooms are clean although it would have been nice to have daylight into the room. We were ground level looking onto a very close concrete walk. However, we did not spend much time in our room and in the hot summers this would probably be an advantage to keep the room cool.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Posted 27-Apr-2014 on Hotels.com
There was no concierge or similar and no-one knew about tours and what to see. Most of the people at the desk were trainees so everything took longer than it should. The bottom sheets on the beds were too narrow for the bed so you ended up sleeping partially on the mattress. They forgot to put a blow dryer in our room. When we complained about these things... they smiled and suggested we eat dinner at the hotel at our own expense. Who would want to give them more money under the circumstances!!!
