Room Amenities
Dining
Link at Sheraton - This cafe features complimentary wireless Internet, Internet workstations, and printing services.
The Olive – The hotel's main restaurant is an authentic Mediterranean venue serving a breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner from a Mediterranean menu with Polish specialties.
Lobby Lounge - The main hotel's cafe and bar features local and international drinks, cocktails, tea, coffee, and light snacks.
The Oriental - A Thai chef, patterned silk armchairs, floating flower arrangements on every table, and Japanese-style screens all recreate an authentic Asian atmosphere. Dinner includes Asian specialties and a sushi bar.
SomePlace Else Bar - Walls are hung with American rock and motorcycling posters and the staff dress in baseball caps in this jumping bar. International and local bands play some nights; other nights there are DJs and dancing.
Chef's Table - Not known for its decor or ambience, the four-seat, newspaper-clad Chef's Table restaurant is the most exclusive restaurant in Warsaw and holds only six guests. Vladimir Putin and Steven Segal have both donned the restaurant's trademark bib to eat here. Only friends of the chef get an invitation, so guests are advised to say plenty of nice things while dining in the hotel's other restaurants.

“Great hotel”
This is a really good hotel, everything here is quality. One niggle, I'd love to see wifi in the bedrooms, but we're talking icing on an already very good cake here. Location is a bit of a drag from the old town, but transport is cheap, efficient. D regular, and failing that the walk is spectacular. I would definitively stay again.
“Awesome experience”
The Sheraton was lovely to stay in. The twin beds were huge and comfortable. The location was great. Best restaurant is located just down the street.
“Excellent place to stay”
Great staff-all speak perfect english. Very helpful in giving directions and finding tourist places. Great location. Very nice rooms-very large. Club floor worth the price. Would not stay anywhere else in Warsaw.
“You must pick this Hotel for your next trip to Warszaw!”
We are so happy we have booked the Sheraton Hotel as our "home from home' for a week vacation in Warsaw. The location of the Hotel is perfect, close to everything you want to visit while in Warsaw, close to restaurants, theaters, parks, museums and shopping. The Hotel Staff is friendly and very helpful, rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. If you can, sign-up for the Club, so you can enjoy a quiet breakfast, afternoon snacks, happy hour drinks and more. As we travel a lot and stayed in many, many hotels, we can recommend this Hotel with a heart beat to anyone visiting Warsaw. We would rate it more the 5*!!!! Have a great time in Warsaw staying at the Sheraton!!! Visitors from Canada
“Good solution”
Well located to walk to the palace on the water or down Novy Swait to the old town. Oriental restaurant especially good. Rooms are large.
“Nice hotel in Warsaw”
I got a very cheap discount rate for this hotel - a bargain. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable, air conditioning efficient, nice powerful shower, a good range of TV channels. The hotel was 15 minutes walk from the Old Town in a quite neighbourhood. There was a well-equipped fitness room. My main criticism is that breakfast was very expensive at roughly double the cost of nearby cafes. Also, beware when booking a taxi at reception - unless you specifically ask for a normal cab, they will book you a luxury Sheraton limousine at double the price.
“loved it!i”
I cannot rave enough about this hotel. The staff was terrific. The fragrance of fresh flowers in the lobby was a delight. It was the quietest room I have ever had anywhere in the world. It is nestled in front of a huge lovely park and surrounded by a great bakery and a grocery right across the street. It is within walking distance to everything I wanted to see. Top ratings all the way around. And no waiting ever for a cab.
“Great Choice”
If you are thinking about a city break in Warsaw, you would be hard pushed to find a better place to stay than the Sheraton. The location is great for easy access to all the shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Lazienki Park in which is located the Palace on the Water and Chopin's Monument. A short walk down the Nowy Swiat takes you into the Old Town where the Royal Castle stands now rebuilt to its former glory after it was destroyed during the war. We booked a club room which gives you access to the club lounge where you can enjoy breakfast have tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day and cocktails for a couple of hours in the evening. We have stayed in a few Sheration city hotels in club rooms but the choice of drinks and hors d'oeuvres at the Sheraton Warsaw are the best we have experienced to date. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, one particular staff member arranged for us to go on a guided tour of Warsaw and another to Krakow including Auschwitz. He also recommended a couple of restaurants and make reservations for us. All in all nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
“Not impressed”
Great hotel in super location however, do not expect same level of service or room features as at any other Sheraton around the globe. Staff was trying very hard but English was very lacking. Nothing worked at the hotel - access cards were not programmed correctly and staff did not know how to fix them, phone not functioning at all, computers at reception crushing - had to provide my credit card info 3 times, TV channels in Arabic only. If you want English or Polish channels you have to pay extra $85/day!!!! Ridiculous! I was offered a "bargain" deal to have a breakfast included to my room bill at only $65/day. No daily paper, poor service. Definitely a great disappointment.
“Great hotel in a great city”
The hotel is excellent. The room is large...the hotel is well maintained...the gym is one of the better ones that I've used in a hotel situation. The best part of the hotel, though, is the staff. Everyone I met were very helpful and simply nice people. You can't ask for more that this. If I get the chance to return to Warsaw, I will be staying at the same hotel. PS--You're also a short walk away from a beautiful street filled with outdoor cafes, stores and life.
