Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor).

Location was very good , garage parking was big but you need to pay 100 per day, apartment size was big, the only issue with the key, that you have one key only and which you need to use it in the elevator too, better if they give you 2 at least.

They only give you 1 key for the whole family. Even is there are 4 adults renting on two bedroom apartment. And since you do not have any access to elevator or even to stairs without that room key you always have to have that one key on you on you. If it is locked, the room doesn't open from inside without the key as well. So the problem is that if one of the family leaves the room that person has to take the key with him to be able to leave and to come back, but the rest has to remain in the room without ability to leave, to use elevator or stairs or even make it to the underground parking. I was constantly worried about my husband and toddlers when I left them in the room locked(for the night time), that they wouldn't be able to leave the room in a case of fire. I have no idea how that could comply with the fire safety: If there is a family locked inside a room, who wouldn't be able to leave in a case of fire or any other emergency. They at least have to allow for all the adults that rent their rooms to get a separate key. Another thing is that they do not clean. So you have to figure out as a tourist staying there for more than a couple of days on how to clean your room, or how to get fresh towels. The good thing is the Sossier restaurant and Otrebusy bakery right next to the to the building, so you can always get fresh and tasty and not too expensive food to you room while wearing pajamas. Which is very convenient.

A good standard apartment, including its equipment, which is very suitable for families, especially with children who do not want to look for where and when to eat, they want to be like at home, but please take into account that they do not clean while you are in the apartment

If you don't have a cell phone that works in Poland communication is really tough. Plus... Finding the place was a drag too. Once there and not having a need to ask for anything ... nice place !

The apartments are generally nice. Unfortunately we got an apartment that had bed bugs as we got bitten at night while sleeping. We informed them in the morning and they changed the apartment for us.

Spacious, a fully equipped kitchen, great shower, two bathrooms, central location. The only drawback is the lack of central air conditioning, though a fan helped. Otherwise an excellent apartment-hotel.

Property is located in central Warsaw, walking distance to most points of interest. Check in was very easy. Apartment was nice and clean, plenty of room for family of 4. There was no shower in the apartment, it was not mentioned in the description and there is no AC, only one portable fan. I stayed during every hot weather therefore it was a major factor. If you are traveling during cooler months and you don’t care about the shower issue then you will love this place. Again, location was great!

The apartment was in a wonderful location. Walking to old town was easy for the metro line was only about 200 yards away. Clean. Safe , and a washer machine. Only down side it was hot and there wasn't any a/c. Would definitely go again but in cooler weather! Warszawa was great.

This is a very modern and large apartment hotel that is well located in Warsaw to see all the sights.The only thing missing was a toaster. We could walk to all the sights from here in 20 - 30 minutes - the Old Town, the New Town and the modern business section with its towering skyscr apers. The Jewish area is also close by. Having a washer/dryer is a real bonus when you have been on the road travelling.
