There are limited parking spots due to storage containers in the lot. If you go out after 6 when you get back you won't find a spot. People were creating spots in side lane areas and we had to do the same. It was inconvenient to get back to the hotel and have no parking options.
Did not seem staffed enough for the events. There were 4 weddings in the area and they had two people on staff. There we’re problems with our room which we’re not addressed because there were not enough staff.
I'm not sure why the late staff are so miserable but they're almost borderline hostile. Day staff seem to be okay. Breakfast needs upgrading. Hint: Bacon, sausage, eggs -always a winner.
Had everything we needed. Good selection of breakfast items. Good coffee. Very quiet corner room with Direct TV. Excellent shower. Good accessible parking.
Our stay was seamless from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Breakfast had a variety of breakfast items. The dining area was large as well.
We stayed as a family of 13 and had 3 rooms. The suites were convenient for everyone to spread out. We would return in a heartbeat!
Lastly, we did forget something in the room. The staff was so kind to bring it to reception for us to pick up.
The hotel is being renovated and the lobby and new rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also very nice. The staff was also great. Jasmin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made my stay really great.
Room was nice. Both phones broken and no exhaust fan in bathroom otherwise satisfied

i was very happy when i checked in the room to a nice quiet clean suite. unfortunately 45 mins later i got a phone call from a very upset neighbor that we had 15 fire trucks in front of our home with a fire and potential gas explosion. i immediately showed the pics to the front desk agent who was understanding but had to speak to manager. i also called expedia immediately who had to contact hotel to get a refund. the room was not disturbed in any way. had only flushed a toilet. after a few days of contacting the manager at hotel, expedia informed they that they refused to credit me even partially for a room i was in for 45 mins. this was an EMERGENCY. i didnt want to cut my trip short but wasnt about to stay when my house was in potential danger. i dont appreciate the inflexbility over policy. was looking forward to rebooking this trip but i guess ill stay elsewhere.
